I called this morning on my way to work not really sure if I had a bathroom sink issue(the pressure was very low and working sporadically) or an underground leak. I was able to get an appointment the SAME DAY.

My plumber, Mike, called me to let me know he was on his way and also to get a more detailed synopsis of the situation. He was so professional and courteous. He let me know he'd call me after he checked everything out.

As promised, he called to let me know what was going on and actually FIXED the problem with a minor adjustment free of charge. He let me know how he knew there wasn't an underground water leak and notified me of the slower draining pipe now that the faucet was fixed. He didn't pressure me to do anything but recommended rodding out the pipe so it wouldn't be an issue. He let me know of coupons that were available and left the house in as good of a condition as he came in. I will 1,000,000% be using this company for all of my plumbing issues in the future and recommended them to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance.

Not only were they able to come out same day and fix all my small projects around the house, the technician was quick to point out easy workarounds for many of my issues that not just resolved the issues, but saved me money. Recently I had another issue that I called them about, instead of sending out a tech and billing me- they reached out to their team with my issues and called me back to give me some instructions to try on my own to see if I could resolve it myself. I had clogged floor drains in the basement. First plumber came out and quoted a rather high price. Called Zungia for a second opinion and they rectified the situation for a fraction the price. Def recommend.

I have use Bubba & Wayne a couple times now. They are prompt, thorough & very reasonably priced! This past weekend we had a back up in our tenants bathroom. They came out and rodded out the line, then determined it needed to be hydro-jetted. They said they'd be back the next morning at 8am and showed up at 7:30! I can't recommend Bubba & Wayne enough! They are my go to sewer guys!!!
