Dex Murati was not only 1 hour early for our service appointment, but also extremely friendly and quick to review our clog. He was able to explain each situation that could have caused this, so we were prepared to handle any of the fixes. Would definitely call and request Dex again!

Very happy with the service and the quick response. Was hesitant to go with such a big name for the repair since I thought I'd be out an arm and a leg, but pricing was very fair.More importantly, the technician (Jonathan 3403) that was sent out walked us through the process of the repair and answered all of the questions we had. The thoroughness of the work done by Jon today really put into perspective how incomplete the original work done by a friend of a friend.Well worth the little bit extra money for the difference massive difference in the quality of the work. I would use their services again.

I’m not sure where to even begin with this review. Words are not enough to describe what lifesavers Victor and Chooch (sp) were on Christmas weekend when the the pipes from my boiler iced over and broke. I called Victor after picking Plumbing 123 out of a list on yelp for their excellent ratings and because it said they were emergency plumbers. They showed up at my house on the 23rd of December within a couple of hours. Needless to say, they worked tirelessly, diligently and with a sense of humor…which helped immensely, all through the night until about 4 in the morning. They also took the time to look and see whether there were other possible breaks or leaks. Victor even took the time to help me figure out how to shut off the valves on the boiler in an emergency….in case other pipes burst. That same evening unfortunately I discovered another large leak inside the wall this time and once again they showed up in about an hour. When I tell you that their work is perfect I mean it. Victor knows his stuff and is incredibly meticulous about his work. I am truly lucky to have found them and am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again guys you made a really bad situation way better.

We had two emergencies during the extreme cold weather this past winter. Our water heater exploded followed within a week by a major pipe burst. We hired 4S to get us through it and they came through with flying colors. Knowledgeable, fast, efficient and caring are just a few of the words I would use to describe them. Ann all at the most reasonable cost and payment terms. Most highly recommended!

Al the plumber is rude, unprofessional, and had no idea how to fix our plumbing problem. After spending $440, he refused to give me any receipt/paperwork (asked in writing 6x) and I had to spend $900 with another plumber to fix what he couldn't do. Al is not professional nor a good plumber.

Morning Noon Night came out today after we called them last night because water was leaking through our wall behind the shower in our basement and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They came over exactly when they said, addressed the issue and determined a large part of it was an ejector pump failure. Ryan came back with all the parts he needed within a few hours, replaced the pump AND unclogged the drain for a really good deal.I’d also like to make comment on Ryan personally as well. I know very little about plumbing but I hate not understanding what’s going on. Ryan walked me through exactly what the problem was, and even demonstrated what was going on and what he would do to fix it. He wasn’t patronizing or rushed - he took the time to help me understand what was happening. I want him on call for me any time there’s an issue. Astounding service.

The manager promptly reached out after my initial review and explained what happened along the way, changes he's working on internally to address my concerns, and did what he could to make it right. Appreciate working with a company that has a hands on leadership - reassuring to know that if there is an issue they treat each customer as if they were the only customer. Def will do business with them again

I paid $95 to John to diagnosis my sewer gas smell in my house which can be hazardous. He did not provide a diagnosis for what my issue was, mainly gave me a bunch of “maybe it’s this” or “maybe it’s this” or your house is just old and your going to have to replace the whole main pipe through the house resolve the issue. This was all in a span of 15 min and I gave $95 for this service call, so basically was left with more questions than answers. I even started to question my career choice, and thought about going into plumbing business and tell 9 out of 10 people what he said and make a quick $95 in 15 min. On the contrary, with Kennedy Plumbing located in Alsip, they were able to come in and find out what was going on and why I was getting the smell. They found out it was the P trap in the ground and gave a few options and how I can contain the smell until I’m ready to do the repair. Again, I highly recommend Kennedy plumbing!
