I called yesterday with some major plumbing issues. They made the time to come to my home promptly and even called and came earlier than planned. Lisa was the plumber and Tom was an apprentice. There are not enough good words in the English language to describe how awesome they were. They were both the ultimate professionals and took the time to show and explain to me why the plumbing that was previously installed was not code standard and they worked diligently to get everything reinstalled properly and up to code. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding to the point that they thoroughly washed and cleaned up the area under the kitchen sink before they left and Lisa said I like to leave things as I would want them in my home. They are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing projects.

We had a very serious gas leak from the dryer that was a life threatening situation. Pete and Noah fixed the issue and made everything safe.

They are as good as the reviews say. They showed up 15 minutes early and fully explained my problem and fixed it. Their fee was fair and and, even tho booked up because of the heat wave, Tech was unhurried and genuinely wanted to be sure my problem was totally fixed.

We originally had Mendel come out to solve the blockage and we were left with a bill of 1050.00 for them doing only half of the job and no warranty (one of two drains cleared). We did call them first to try to complete the job and were told that there would be an additional charge (a new job). We decided to try Roto-Rooter instead. Andy came out and assured us that they charge by the job (not the job plus hourly work) so we would have no surprises. Andy was SO kind and helpful, completed the job, and gave us a 6 month warranty on the job for $435.00. THANK YOU!! We felt respected and helped by a very professional company. Felipe came out for another job and was a TRUE MASTER of his profession!! Felipe encouraged us to stay with him and watch every step of his work!! I cannot say enough about the service and professionalism (Felipe, Gary, Mike). Thank you!

Called three times, every time they hung up on me. Some kind of service they have.

Father and son replaced my main water line coming from the city valve (bbox) to the inside main valve which it was about 5.5 feet underground. The city don't cover this so its on your own responsibility and call a plumping company. Paul gave me a good price, they said it was a flat price so they did a trenchless method and did 3 holes 2 outside and 1 inside about 2 ft x 2 ft inside. It took them about 3 days to do the work and about 3.5 weeks to get the permit from the city. They replaced the line with a new 1 in copper k line straight from the b box and replaced my inside valve too. The inside had tile so what they did they backfill all holes the inside with cement but i was responsible for the tile...the outside they did about 4 in with sand to protect the pipes and back fill with the same dirt. Overall i have more pressure since i had 3/4 galvanized pipe very very corroded with several leaks. I had water going inside the house from leaks but i also heard the pipe making loud noises like if someone was using the water usually at night you can hear it clearly so thats how i found out is was a leak and from were. The price was better than other companies. It was my first time contacting them but i would recommend them for similar projects. I was the one who replaced part of my drywall since it had mold from water coming in,they did not do that incase you are worried that they will.

I called Chaz originally because a different plumber told me we had a collapsed sewage pipe that needed to be replaced and I wanted a second opinion. I described the situation to him and he said it seemed odd the first plumber came to this conclusion without hydro jetting the line and running a camera. Chaz and team came out very quickly and worked the problem and discovered there was an obstruction in the pipe and were able to flush it out to the main sewage line. Chaz’s knowledge and willingness to troubleshoot the issue helped us correctly identify the issue, resolve it and save thousands of dollars by not performing unnecessary work. They were super responsive, knowledgeable, professional and fair. I highly recommend!

Eric was very professional. I was surprised that he responded right away to fix my toilet. He did a great job without leaving the bathroom messy or charging a ridiculous price. Yep....I'm a satisfied customer!
