Best A/C Repair in Chicago IL

I am a Real Estate agent and a client had an emergency. When the plumber I initially recommended couldn't get out there for days, I then called Rescue Plumbing midday and was told that they could have someone out there around 4pm. I was happy with that, but then 10 min later I received a call from Pete and he informed me that he could actually be there in 10 min! He was great right from the start. Came in, assessed the situation, was professional, helpful and so responsive. He was able to go through all possible scenarios with our problem and helped guide us with our next actions. I will 100% only be calling Rescue Plumbing from now on as they have proven to me that they are the ones that get the job done!

We had hot water coming from our cold faucets throughout the house. Jeff came in and immediately figured out the problem based on his experience and fixed within 30 minutes. They’ve done work for us in the past and are always really great. You should use these guys always.

Although they picked up on my initial phone call, after I sent follow-up videos and images of the work required, they went completely ghost. No reply texts or phone calls, even after I sent a friendly reminder. Pretty significant job, too. Their loss.

We needed a pipe replaced and the office was prompt and professional in the quote and scheduling. The guys did a great job on the repair: efficient, communicated well on what they were doing, and overall, did exactly what we needed. I did not understand why my colleagues insisted on this company when I needed referrals from them. It was until they took care of my concern last Wednesday when I believed that they are the best plumbers in the city.

My family and I had no use of our plumbing and within three days we had a brand new sewer line installed. They worked very hard, explained everything to us in detail and even stayed late to get the job done. They left everything working perfectly and cleaned up as they worked to make sure I didn’t have a mess. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

I was super excited to have a new dishwasher installed today, only to find they refused to complete the install because the water shut off valve to the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They told me to notify them when it was fixed so they could reschedule.

I saw Apex’s positive reviews and decided to give them a call for this relatively small job. The first person to answer was very kind, and told me the team would be in touch soon. Not even 20 minutes later I was on the phone with their dispatch team being told someone would be on site same day, in the next 5 or so hours. I got a call from Jon less than an hour later. Everyone I spoke to was positive and professional.

Service was excellent, prompt, and the team was willing to double check all the valves in my condo just to be sure the dishwasher was the only one needing to be replaced as a part of their complimentary estimate. While it may have cost less to get the part and give the replacement a go on our own, but having the job done right, done well, and done quickly was totally worth it. I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat!

I hired Eric to replace my sump pump at my rental property. He came on time, send me constant updates with pictures and videos, went to the store, sent me receipts for the supplies. He even explained what caused my issues and how to prevent it in the future. Amazing price, quick work. I would highly recommend his services and im definitely hiring him for my next plumbing project.
