I called Roto Rooter after flushing my wedding ring down the toilet. I was traumatized by the event itself and the following didn't help. I first spoke to Nate who was very polite and said that they could help. He said that a Camara Tech would have to be dispatched and someone would get back to me. I called again after an hour and a half of no contact. I spoke to Brian who, after realizing where I live (south side of Chicago), said very rudely that the cost for the Camara Tech would be $500 and they probably wouldn't find it. I am still not sure if his words/rude tone were due to my race (African American) or his perceived notion of my income. Nonetheless I still wanted someone to come out. The next person that I spoke to gave me a 4 hour window in which someone would come. 17 hours later of waiting, I called again. Julie, like Brian, rudely told me of the cost. After asking why it appeared that they did not want to service me, she said that she had a tech in my area in 30 minutes and that person would contact me. 3 hours later, she called to say that she had a tech in the area in an hour and I would be first. When I reminded her that she said the same thing earlier, she dryly said that she was sorry.I would suggest using Almighty Rooter. They were responsive and informative. They were honest about the entire process. Thanks Mike!

Had a clogged and leaky bathtub and wanted to hire pros because I live in an old two flat. They were super fast. They were fast and did great work with very professional customer service. I highly recommend them.

Came out and helped us after the deep Chicago freeze. Clearly communicated when he would be able to come and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Very polite and easy mannered. And a very reasonable price for the services. Would definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

First Chicago Plumbing gave us a quote based on pictures we sent, at no charge. The final bill matched the estimate exactly (aside from the fact that they discovered on-site that we needed a new garbage disposal--which, parts and labor, was an additional $320). Very thorough, and they walked us through everything. The price was very fair.

Focused on my problem immediately; got a new water heater and two associates to install it within a few hours. They were on time, didn't waste time, and did a professional job. From the assessment, these plumbers were able to diagnose that the previous plumbers had messed up on all my new pipes and they needed to be replaced. They gave a rough estimate and proceeded to do the work. It was beautiful and I recommend what thye do.

We had them out for our tub to shower conversion. Completely satisfied from appointment set up to project clean up. The whole team understands customer service and our service tech was nothing short of phenomenal. Goode Plumbing is a top notch service provider from start to finish. Alex came out to do an estimate and took time to listen to my issue/concerns and offered multiple options in regards to cost and timeliness. Ian came out on two days with a different apprentice each day (David, Ashton). They were by far the most professional, respectful , and friendly young tradesmen that have ever passed through our home. Their attention to detail shows in the quality of their work. We will use Goode Plumbing again for future projects.
