Best Water Heater Repairs in Chesapeake VA

Justin and Drew came out to repair a cracked sewer drain line. The work was performed under warranty (new house). They quickly diagnosed the issue, went to purchase needed parts, and then made the necessary repairs. They also shared their valuable knowledge with me so I now understand how my sewer system, including the exterior sump pump, works. Very happy with their prompt service and professionalism.

For an update to my Aug 2020 review, the repair to my sump pump did not last, It recently started leaking again (Aug 2021). I called for additional warranty work and they advised me the warranty had expired, and I would have to pay for any additional repair work to my sump pump. Premier Plumbing initially installed the sump pump in my new home in 2020, it's been problematic ever since (two leaks within an 18-month period), and they won't stand behind their work. I'll find a company a local Williamsburg company that I can trust and will stand behind their work. I do not recommend Premier Plumbing.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Super happy and will be using them again. Highly recommended and all round superstars!

Azriel, was the technician and he was wonderful. He provided excellent electrical work. He replaced a closet light and checked other outlets to ensure they were working properly.Azriel is a professional with great customer service skills. I highly recommend.

The company was recommended by our son and it was a fabulous recommendation. Our technician, Zach Martin was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was polite, neat, and personable. The clogged drains and the leak were taken care of and we are very happy with the work. We would definitly recommend A1 to anyone looking for plumbing or heating needs

In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now.
Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.

I was in need of emergency duct repair and after being turned down by 4 other companies. RS responded quickly by replacing my entire duct system in a day in August heat. Shout out to Mike, Dylan, and rayheem for their hard work and professionalism.

AMAZING! I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. 911 Home Repair Specialists is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They have assisted me with several different jobs. They are capable of any size job as they are Licensed Class A Contractors. The job is always completed right, the first time. I recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of any home repair.

The OWNER of the company just walked out of my house, refusing to look at my water heater, because my bf (a plumbing intern) asked him why the heater would not heat. HE COULDN'T ANSWER THE QUESTION. Then stormed out, yelling at my bf to shut up the whole time he walked to his van. EXTREMELY unprofessional. EXTREMELY unhelpful. It was the second time today the company had to come out, because the first guy couldn't even find the date that the heater was manufactured (it's on the sticker on the front of it). After spending my whole day trying to deal with this, I still don't have a functional water heater.

You will not be disappointed with Mr. Richardson of Richardson Plumbing. He is skilled, professional, knows what he is doing and to top it off he is super friendly! He did some plumbing work in a bathroom I am making over and the work looks amazing. I wish I had known about Richardson Plumbing sooner and I would have had better quality work and saved me money.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Super service, not often seen customer service, upfront pricing, and just plain damn good plumber. called in the eve about stoppage backup, took my name/number said he could get me next late morn, showed as promised, assessed the situation, gave me a price, and upon the OK, solved my problem as promised. His work ethic and customer service are a rarity in the service industry today. Clearly he will be called for all my plumbing issues. thanks tony (btw i did read the low star complaints..geesh really some people expect a heck of a lot, for very little, gimme a break people)

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
