After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

Company is a scam 2,000 dollars to replace a hot water heater. Which is ridiculous but when you don't you them they still charge you anyway. Never use this company unless you want to be scammed

First of all: Mr. Richardson is one of the nicest people I've ever met.
I had a leak behind my toilet and called Richardson Plumbing based on the reviews I read on Google. Mr. Richardson showed up on-time, was incredibly polite and professional, wore a mask (a big plus for our immune-compromised household), and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. And HE REFUSED TO LET ME PAY HIM! He said it was such an easy fix that he didn't feel right charging me. WHO DOES THAT? People, this is the neighborly, small-town plumber that we don't deserve in our sprawling Hampton Roads region. I'm so overwhelmed by his kindness that I'm tempted to go around my house breaking pipes just to so I can have an opportunity to pay him for his services.

Smith and Keene were at my home today. I asked for the same technician as last time and the dispatch receptionist made the extra effort to make the request. When the technician arrived, he was focused on maintaining my unit. I walked outside and asked several questions and he helped me establish an approximate period of time that the unit would probably last. The units for my place are not too expensive, but the kind of money that I like to budget and plan. At this point, you may think I am some type of family member, but let me assure you, I am not. Smith and Keene have told me from the start what to do and I followed their guidance. I asked a lot of questions and their staff never skirted any answers. Thanks to all of the technicians and office staff.

Ten years ago, I bought a Trane from Smith and Keene. The salesman explained everything and the delivery and experience was excellent. The service after the sale has been responsible and the technician, Dennis, is considerate, on-time, and above all well trained. I do not know who to thank, but I think Smith and Keene are excellent.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
