The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Absolutely greatest company to deal with in regards to hvac and my plumbing!! Very reasonable prices and they are so friendly with my incredibly attention needy dog!! Helped replace a lightbulb that went out in my attic, while doing hvac maintenance. I'm so so so happy with my newly installed backyard hose bib and the replacement of the front hose bib that was leaking. I plan to use them for any needs for hvac and plumbing in the future. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

The company promptly responded to our concerns and came out the next day. The gentlemen fixed the leak did not clean up behind themselves.
