The technician(Drew) contacted me to let me know he was on the way. He was polite, professional, and helpful. His work proceeded in a thoughtful and orderly manner, keeping me informed along the way.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Had an a/c leak, found this company on Google. Their website made scheduling an appointment extremely easy and they had openings almost immediately. Showed up on time, found the issue and repaired it all in less than 2 hours. They also offered free restoration estimates for the damages and had someone come out for an estimate less than 48 hours later.Quick, easy, polite and knowledgeable. They will be my first call for any other issues they offer service for in the future.

Hands down this is the most professional experience I have ever had. Chris and Karan were prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. There was no high pressure salesmanship. They explained everything with ease and fixed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.

Mr Martin and the folks over at Tidewater Plumbing and Heating are simply a God send! They are so humble and honest and helpful - I can't say enough great things about them. My air conditioning went out on the hottest of days recently - thankfully Mr Martin & his a/c knowledge and experience, were able to have me up & running and at a very competitively priced cost. 5 starts isn't enough for them but it's the most we can give here ...

What can I say about RS Andrew's. The techs were very professional. They came in and installed my AC unit. They never left until the job was complete and everything was working correctly.

RA Styron has installed two units in our home. Their customer service has been responsive and reasonably priced. Everyone that we have dealt with, from the initial quote and installation, to subsequent repairs has been great.
Our gas package unit needed a major repair which shut our heat off in January. They promptly ordered the parts in and the technician got the unit up and running in no time. We have utilized other HVAC companies and the competitors' business practices and service do not compare favorably with RA Styron at all. We are satisfied customers and highly recommend RA Styron.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

Took a little longer than I was expecting but I feel like he was very thorough and it was likely necessary. Very professional and friendly.

Great service team. We have their annual servicing contract. They are always punctual, courteous, and highly efficient. We recommend them highly.

Also, we took advantage of their special water heater replacement recently as ours was nearing ten years old. In fact, we have noticed in our condominium project numerous water heater replacements of late due to failure and the inconvenience of that problem versus pro-active replacement through the Smith and Keene special offer.
