So kind and sweet the whole time they were here! We called due to our AC completely shutting down and the very next day they came and fixed my 14 year old for such a reasonable price. During the entire process they were also kind enough to explain everything going on to me so I could understand the system better. unable to diagnose issues properly . There is a serious knowledge gap between technicans. Now i have an upstairs bedroom with water damage . No-one wants to claim responsibility. When you call their office, it goes to a call center that could care less. I have tried to resolve and Noone cares. Robert skinner does not answer the phone nor return email

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company

I do not even give 1 star! Technician came out 2 hours and 15 minutes past time said would be there. Friendly enough but did not really want to do any work. At this point it was 6:15 p.m! Stated would be back the next morning between 10 - 10:30 with a crew to knock it out. Texted at 8:00 a.m. to say would be there at 10:00. NEVER SHOWED. When called to inquire, office stated we were not on his schedule for the day. He said that did not promise to come back that he had an emergency and was not coming. Our issue was made clear the day before that it was an urgent matter. This is not a way to conduct business! Be very leery of using Lanthorn Plumbing. Don't waste the time to make the phone call.
