Best Water Heater Maintenance in Chesapeake VA

Horrible experience. The technician that came out was rude and wasn't helpful at all. Was suppose to fix a part that was under warranty and instead looked at the hot water heater and charged a 149.00 fee without doing anythjng. I was honestly a bit hesitant to even let him in, very unprofessional in what he was wearing and the way he conducted himself. I should have went with my gut. I ended up not buying a part and he became very rude. I will never ever recommend this company. With so many better options out there please look around. The technician name was Rich

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Purchased new AC unit, installation and duct cleaning. They did not try to sell us services we did not need which was much appreciated. Install was on time and professional. Great company would highly recommend.

This review is mainly based on individual technician that came out to my house for my annual A/C system check. Mr. Charles has an exceptional customer service. He patiently listens to the customer, pays attention to details and resolve issues with understanding and calmliness. I hope RS Andrews retains him for as long as possible. I'm lucky to have him and Mike F. come to my house this year and hope to continue to seeing them in the near further. They provided me with excellent services and I recommend them to anyone.

Mike provided exemplary service fixing our PVC drain pipe in our crawl space. I would definitely go with Roto-Rooter Plumbing again.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

If I could give them less than one star I would. This plumbing company is a joke. They do not do their job properly and because of that my kitchen and dining area was flooded two nights ago as well as my neighbors... then they come to fix it not until yesterday evening. That wasn’t done even properly... we have no hot water.. haven’t had any for two days. Now I’m waiting on them... they should have been here over an hour ago. Which they really should have been here this morning but they’re in no hurry to fix anything... please find someone else for your plumbing needs. We rent our condo through a rental agency and they choose the plumber or I would have never chosen them....

Buyer beware......I had Russell’s come out for a $75 diagnostic a few months back and the tec never pulled a tool out of his truck he literally looked at my unit without removing a screw and said I needed a defrost control board $800 plus installation or a new unit $7800. I called another company to get an actual diagnostic turns out I was just low on Freon $200 dollars...My wife called the company several times to have the diagnostic fee refunded said they would it never happened.....also I researched the defrost control board after he left and for an original replacement part it was $128.. theirs must have gold in it.....

Definitely recommend Richardson Plumbing! I called when I heard running water in my walls. He came the same day (flexible around my schedule and when I would be home) and was able to fix the pipe right away. He even came back another day to spray insulation once the walls had dried. Pricing was very reasonable too! Definitely will be using him again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

Today, I had workers Carlos and Duke. They were awesome. I have a home warranty and the showers in both my bathrooms were clogging up along with both of my toilets one in each bathroom were leaking water on the floor(the seals were worn out). I had two other plumbing companies come to my home through my home warranty since last week but neither of them wanted to put the effort in to unclog me or stop my leaks. One company told me I had a leak in my main line that needed repair and the other company told me they did not want to snake me from my main line as the warranty company covered, but wanted me to pay them myself to snake my house from my roof. This was not the case with One Stop plumbing. Carlos and Duke worked diligently to unclog both of my bathrooms and changed the seals on both of my toilets. Now I can shower, and flush the toilet without any backup. Oh and the best part, they cleaned up after themselves. Swept and wiped down the floors, and cleaned the tubs leaving them smelling fresh and clean. Thank you One Stop Plumbing!

March 2018, Sean D did a great job asessing my 50 year old sewer situatiin. Very fast an knowledgeable. Love the customer service of Atomic! That is why I am a repeat customer.Nov 2014 Outstanding service! Major sewer system clog shutdown the entire house the day before Thanksgiving. Called at 7:00 AM and Atomic had Technician Ryan D at the house an hour after I called. Great experience for a crappy situation! Thanks
