Best Vent System in Chesapeake VA

I have used them on numerous jobs and they have never failed to provide great service. Shane is our go to guy whenever he is available. Great company + a great tech = AWESOME!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

While visiting my father, I noticed he had no hot water. He referred me to Micheal and Son. Daniel, the technician, worked diligently to install a new water heater . Both my father and I appreciate Daniel's hard work and professionalism.

Service call was quick and easy. They were here on time and the Service Tech Ben was great. He explained everything and was very helpful. Would highly recommend

Worst service I have ever had with any company. There technicians were amazing to work with. When the problem was past what the technicians could do the company failed in every aspect. I have been going on three months now of trying to get my York unit fixed and they just plan dropped the ball on me. I call twice a week and they always say you have my word we will call you back with answer tomorrow the phone call never comes. I am always forced to call again and again. I have to check with my manager my manager is in a meeting my manager left work early today. Never in my life have I felt with such BS. My your unit is 1 year old. You thinking would take an act of congress to solve this issue. Single handedly the worst customer service I have ever had.The technicians though have been amazing to work with though. They just are at a loss and getting no support from there company to solve this issue.

I came home to find a leak in my downstairs ceiling. My home warranty company referred me to House Call Company, service pro-Bryant Cueto came to my home. I was extremely stressed watching water gush from my ceiling, Bryant assured me he would solve the problem. He delivered on his promise, he was efficient and fixed problem in a timely manner. Byrant was professional, honest and personable. If Bryant is a reflection of House Call Company, I would highly recommend them.

Replaced a faulty light switch and light ballast

I hate that I have to even give them one star. 5 days ago we had two technicians come out and look at our clogged drain from the house to the street. They charged us $385 to snake the pipe. Upon finding nothing they said they wanted to video the pipe but that it would cost $300 per hour and take two to three hours to do. Mind you it's less than 40 feet of pipe. I told them that I didn't want them to go any further because that was crazy amount for not that much work. They quoted me $7300 to replace the whole pipe. They were here for almost 4 hours! When they left we were in the same condition we were before they came out. I called another plumber and they came out on a Saturday and gave me a quote to snake and video the drain...$350. That's it. One technician came out two days later and unclogged the drain and ran the camera through it and was only here for 2 hours and everything is perfect. So I paid A-1 American $385 to do absolutely nothing! Sorry for the long write up but I had to explain everything.
