Have been using them for years prices keep seeming to creep past the area avg. Have backed down to only using them in an emergency

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Our water supply line leading to our toilet burst and our spare bathroom was flooding with water. We called A1 at 11:30 am and their plumber was at out door at 12:30pm. Very professional and efficient. We will be using them again for our plumbing needs in the future.

Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.

The workmen from RS Andrews were on time, professional, friendly, courteous and really seemed to know their stuff. They installed a new AC unit including new outside and inside. The old Lennox unit was pushing 30 years old, and had struggled last summer during the heat wave, so it was time to replace it. They installed a Carrier 2 ton unit. It blows icy cold now but we're still in March. I'm assuming it can handle the July and August humidity infused blast furnace that we call Summer here in Norfolk, VA. The lead installer told me to call RS Andrews directly if it didn't and they'd make it right. 1 year guarantee on labor and a 10 year guarantee on the unit. They gave me a pretty good deal too, with a hefty discount. But again, I had the work done in March when demand isn't quite so high. So far I'm very pleased, but ask me again in August.

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. We appreciated that they were very professional and answered all our questions. We plan to tell others to consider 911 Home Repair Specialist for their repair needs. Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

I had my gas line capped so quick and easy price was comparable to what I saw online. He didn't have any business cards but he had a mug which I preferred so much more. I'm kind of a mug hoarder

I can’t say enough about my experience with Atomic and Sean! I had sewer pipes leak in my crawlspace that had to be redone. Sean was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I had gotten multiple estimates, but felt that he was the most thorough. Sean and Eric did an excellent job and were always on time and hard at work! The coordination between him and scheduling was very accommodating, and they worked with me to get the job done before my out of town guests came to stay with me. I have peace of mind knowing that it was done the right way now. I highly recommend Atomic!!

A/C had been out for three days and our builder’s company couldn’t respond but they gave me James’s cell number and he came out at 8:30 in the dark to try to fix or diagnose the problem! He figured it out in minutes but needed to get a service Board to repair. He followed up first thing in the morning and gave me a price and told me he could be there within an hour to install! He did and repaired our unit in less than an hour!! James and the company phone contact were professional and caring. I will be using them exclusively for any future requirements and will recommend them to friends and family!!

We called Cecilia’s for a leak in our shower head — Anthony was sent out to repair it. He was punctual, polite & very knowledgable. As a woman, usually male workers just do the job & haven’t cared to explain anything about repairs to me in the past (sad, but true) — instead, Anthony not only explained to me what the problem was, he actually SHOWED me the problem & took apart the shower head! I was beyond impressed & appreciated him sharing this information to me as a homeowner. PLUS — we had JES at our home at the same time doing a “routine” check in our crawlspace — I was clearly frustrated because what should have been a simple check was quickly turning into a potential major problem & expensive repair. Anthony went above & beyond to listen to my worries & reassure me about that as well! Needed a piece for my outdoor shower that I was having a hard time finding. Guy at the counter knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I have also used them before to clear a clogged drain and replace a faucet and everything has been great. Thanks again
