Best Toilet Repairs in Chesapeake VA

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

They came for clogged toilet and try to charged me $700 to open, job has been done for $350 with different company. Stay away! They charged $125 service fee for 10 min inspection.

HVAC that was installed by them went bad after 2 years. I requested a service call and was told I am no longer under warrenty and the repair would cost $1300. Called a different company and got the repair done for half the price the following day. Overpriced and poor customer service from Michael and sons, never going with them again.

Always very professional. Continue to provide recommendations as to things that can be or need to be done to prevent from happening again.

We were honestly very impressed with this company. I took a bath in my jetted tub and water started pouring down in my downstairs pantry. We called A1 after 4 pm, expecting a huge bill for emergency service after business hours. Pat came out VERY fast, had everything checked and fixed in under an hour and we were only charged for one hour of labor which was a fraction of what we had expected to pay. He showed us everything and explained to us exactly what happened, and how to check for the issue in the future to avoid water damage. Pat even answered some random plumbing questions I had regarding our house and was very knowledgable in his explanations, especially since I know little about plumbing. I have recommended A1 to all of my friends in the area and will for sure be calling again!

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. We will always call John when we need plumbing services,Deborah and Christopher Lutz

I have used RS Andrews for several years now but I have to add that I have had my complaints in some cases in the past, however, James Smick has been the most thorough and informative tech you have. Mr Rooter was assigned by Home Serve Insurance to find sewer blockage and water leak. The Service Plumber (Sam Bailie} was efficient and helpful fixing the problems. He rapidly found the blockage in the sewer line and leak in the waterline both fixed same day.. He got approval for the work and repaired the same day, work finished by 5.00 pm. I would highly recommend the company and the plumber highly to any one needing service. Excellent job and service.

David is fast, extremely knowledgeable and high quality. We recently moved away from Virginia and I wanted him to move with us!! I don’t think I’ll find a better plumber.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Nice to meet an on time and honest plumber. Tony did great job showing me the real deal with my water heater and fixed for 69 dollar service call. Plus should the same problem happen again I'm prepared for the DIY until the water heater completely dies. When it does, I'll be calling Tony and Son.

The two workers arrived at scheduled time, immediately went to work installing two new toilets, and was gone about 90 minutes later. They were friendly and cordial throughout the whole time. After having Cecilia's workers on our premises on three different occasions now, I have nothing but good things to say about them and the company. They are a class act that others would do well to emulate. They set the bar high.

Very helpful guys and you can't beat the prices. If you have a plumbing problem they have the product and the solution on how to install those product's. They are much more helpful than any Lowe's or Home Depot 😆.
