Best Tankless Water Heater in Chesapeake VA

We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

We used Justin based on a recommendation when our toilet was clogged and flooding. He charged a quarter of a price to snake and run the camera down to find the real issue. If need up needing a pipe replaced and the we used Justin for that as well as he gave an amazing price for the work and he did a phenomenal job. Great guy and does even better work, someone who is not out to take advantage of people. He’s the only call you need to make!

I had my septic tank pumped out by Jacob who was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job. I’m sure he is an asset to your business. Thank you Jacob!!!

HVAC diagnostic & leak test. Bad coil. Wade was exceptional. Hope he returns for the repair when the distributor gets the replacement coil in 3-4weeks. Don’t buy AirTemp, they suck!

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. From meeting with a specialist to sizing my system, to install, to some small follow on tweaks, the process with Russel's has been pain free. Unlike another HVAC company, the specialist gave me the prices, even though I wasn't set on replacing right then, but ultimately did because of the better treatment and financing options. I will continue relying on Russel's and recommending them to everyone I meet.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Called in the morning about having a leak in my wall fixed. He made me his next appointment and showed up within the hour. He found the problem area quick and fixed the leak within 2 hours. Excellent work, and friendly. Will definitely call him again for any future work I need done. Cant recommend them enough!

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Cecilia’s was able to come out within a few hours of when I called. We had a leaky pipe in our garage and Michael came out and repaired it quickly. They were able to squeeze me in and I am thankful for their prompt service. I will definitely use them again.
