I called this company because my grandfather had a plumbing issue which was considered an emergency due to him not being able to use either toilet. Nicole was very polite but the technician that call wasted my time. For one I never asked a price I just know my grandfather needed his toilet fixed ASAP he goes to tell me what needed to be done and how I could do it. If I wanted to know how to do it and if I could do it. I would’ve NEVER called for their services.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

Terrible service. Won’t tell price up front and then charges close to triple the price of other places. I’ll never call Michael and sons for anything ever again. Absolutely useless. Came out to tell me what I already knew, which I told them on the phone.

We had an emergency and I called them first thing this morning and they had a technician here within 2 hours when another highly reputable business was three days away...Mike was extremely professional and they were very mindful of the time since they charge by the half hour..prices were extremely cheap, I would have paid double what we were charged. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future..

Our generator developed a gas leak. They were out within 2 days and found and fixed the issue professionally and for reasonable cost. We were impressed with the care taken during repairs and are extremely happy with the service!

Great technicians. Did a wonderful install of an air conditioner and furnace.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and easy service. The two man team arrived ahead of schedule. They assessed the problem, quoted me the price, and went straight to work. The water heather needed to be replaced. Their preparation was top notch and they cleaned up when they were done…you couldn’t tell they were here if I didn’t tell you. My appointment time was 1 to 4, they called at 11:20am, letting me know they would arrive early, and was finished by 2:30pm. I clicked, “save” in my contacts for go to contractors ;-)
