Best Tankless Water Heater Install in Chesapeake VA

In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. Probably the most honest man I've worked with in home repair and should be a first choice when getting work done. He explained all my options and what costs would look like for them. 6/5 stars!

They were passed their allotted time and after the technician left quickly when he broke the ac during maintenance. Paid money to have them come out and break a perfectly working ac.Update: had another company come out to fix the issue that the Micheal and son technician caused. They were able to point out where the technician cut corners and get it fixed. Don't use them. See decent reviews of them and their customer service.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.
