Best Tankless Water Heater in Chesapeake VA

The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldn't hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Wow. I googled plumbers and then scheduled the repair online. This company was very responsive and fast. Seth arrived early and was very professional and polite. He fixed the problem and I'm definitely booking with this company again!!!

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

We have had nothing but problems with the high efficacy furnace and AC that Russell heating and cooling installed at our house. They started 12/28/17 and didn’t have all the equipment on the truck they needed. So we went from 12/28-1/2/18 with nothing but hot air blasting upstairs but none downstairs. Then the system failed with the extreme cold/snow. We were left without any heat for 3 days. Hopefully that is resolved but now it’s AC season and that doesn’t work properly. A technician was here Saturday night 5/26/18 and temporarily fixed the AC ( which was cooling our attic and not our house). Today the temperature is once again up to 81 degrees (thermostat set at 77) downstairs and much higher upstairs. Every time we call we get the run around or no one is available. So now we wait till 6/1 even though we called on 5/30. Surely someone in this company should pursue this until it’s fixed.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. Down to earth, customer focused I would highly recommend Herb to those who need plumbing repairs. Ron Bullard

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road. I moved into the fast lane on the highway and he sped up to try and cut me off. If their service is similar to how their techs drive, I'd rather use literally anyone else. Tried calling the office. Apparently, they didn't care either.

I called Cecilia's Home Repair to get an estimate for work on a balcony that was the suspect of water issues. Nobody would know what the real damage would be until it was taken apart and they did a great job. Robert did a quick and efficient job of removing the old balcony and replacing the wood boards and railing with polywood and vinyl. He also removed the old sliding glass door (nonstandard size), replacing it with a new one, and repairing the exterior/interior of the wall. There was significant water damage from the previous balcony not being installed correctly so choosing Cecilia's to do the work was a great investment for our home, extremely pleased with how everything turned out!
