Best Tankless Installation in Chesapeake VA

In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

I called Michael and Son because I had a bit of a issue with a water valve not shutting off and had to secure all water to my house. In about 1.5 hours they had Jesse swing by and take care of my issue. Jesse was a great guy and did A+ work. Definitely call Michael and son they will get it done quickly and correctly.

I had a pilot light go out on a hot water heater and couldn't get it to stay lit myself. Called A1 Sewer and drain and they immediately scheduled me for the next day for service at 3 PM. At 2PM the technician (Pat) gave me a call and said he was available early (off to a good start with the responsiveness!). Pat came, started the pilot light and noticed what seemed to be a steady drip coming from inside the heater. Within a couple of hours, Pat had diagnosed a crack in the tank, located a new water heater, found the additional helper (Smitty) he needed to perform the replacement, removed my water heater with the cracked tank and replaced it with a new one. Both were very professional, knowledgable, speedy, transparent about every aspect of the fix, and personable/friendly with me, my wife, my 18 mo old, and even my dog. COULD NOT recommend A1 enough and I would like to especially thank Pat and Smitty who demonstrated an exemplary customer service, professionalism, and sense of urgency in resolving my hot water heater issues. I will be using A1 again and you should too. Thanks again!

Update for my review. I had this POS company come out 3 times. They are the most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever met in my life. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Check out this picture people. Every technician that came out had a different answer. My picture is the end result. 1000s of dollars in structural damages.Also, they never refunded me from the first 2 incompetent trips, or their so called maintenence program. Total scammers.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

David is very knowledgeable and professional. He came out on a Sunday to fix our issue. If we have any other plumbing issues in the future we will be calling Richardson Plumbing and will be referring them to all of our friends and family.

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

9/9/2020 Called today. Got service today. They got done today. Starting from the time I called to the time they left, it was a great experience working with them. Anthony the plumber person they sent out was fantastic. Im still over welmed by how great it all was. I work in the service industry and customer service is hard these days not being to be able to get supplies with everything going on in the world. Im giving them the blue ribbon and five stars from me. I would definitely use them again.

Great place for plumbing supplies better than Lowe's or Home Depot
