Horrible drivers... I will never hire Premier Plumbing, as I just had a near death experience involving one of their trucks. He was being an aggressive driver and nearly ran me off the road.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I’m a huge fan of the quality of work and the professionalism of this company. They’re friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my neighbor.

David from A-1 Sewer showed up on time and explained the scope of work before beginning. He explained the difference between anti- siphon and regular faucets, and the advantages to one over the other. He did a great job and reviewed the work afterwards. Very professional and courteous. We had 911 Home Repair Specialists tackle a rather lengthy list of honey-do items for us in preparation for listing our home for sale. They did excellent work, and we're very pleased. Our house sold in 3 days, and we know that part of that quick sale was due to the work done by the guys at 911.

The plumber that came to our home gave us the worst case and best case scenario. In my case, it was the worst. I wasn’t happy with the upfront cost, but at the end it was worth it. The education I received from the plumber led me to rethink using “youtube” and many “DIY” networks. I was given a visual step by step of everything that was done to fix my problem. Somethings are just best left to the professionals. I’m pleased with the decision I made and I would do it again if I had to. With what I learned that day, I don’t think I will have to any time soon.

Shawn’s response time was remarkable. His customer service overall was outstanding. He was very polite, and professional. His efficiency to finish the job did not compromise the quality of his work. I will definitely recommend his services to anybody that wants a trustworthy, professional, reasonable value/price without compromising the quality of the job that needs to be done.

The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable about the gas pack that I have. Setting up an appointment was very easy, they came out within a reasonable amount of time. They are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our plumber, Will, was very kind and understanding. He was also very professional. His associate, David, was also very nice - he had to be called in to do the service from the street (as we said needed to be done, from prior experience, but evidently the home office made Will pull the toilet out first - wasted time and effort). Thank you for the help (but not necessarily the bad news that the outside pipe needs replacing!)

They were available on short notice but their billing practices are questionable. They will charge you for equipment/tools used (separate from labor) for the job. They will charge you a travel fee (even though it was less than 5 miles from their office).

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
