I had Mr. STEPHEN, he came out earlier than expected and was met with a mess that my kids left. Not only did he fix the bathroom but he cleaned it better than what he found it. During the maintenance 17 rolls of toilet paper were destroyed and in the midst of yet again another to shortage he went out of his way to replace every single one. Very Respectful customer service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Ask for Stephen.

We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Recently renovated our home with a local contracting business recommended by a neighbor. After a long 6 months of renovating a 1600 square foot home our master bath did not have hot water and lacked water pressure. Our contractor couldn't figure it out and wanted to install a booster pump that would cost us and additional $850. Frustrated and not wanting any additional work initiated by the contractor I decided to call Tony, after reading his reviews through Yelp. I explained to Tony our frustration and renovation situation and he was able to survey the situation the same day. 30 mins after talking to him over the phone he was at my residence. By the time I was able to leave work and arrive to the house he was already done. Within 15 minutes he was able to rectify my situation as well as assist my mother-in- law with her plumbing issues in her home downstairs. He explained and walked me through what he did and I was surprised that my contractor couldn't figure it out and wanted to charge me additional $$$ for something we didn't need. I contacted Roto-Rooter after having been told that I had a pipe break in my crawl space. The appointment set up was quick and easy and on Saturday they came out to do the work. Hunter was very professional and took pictures in the crawl space showing me where the pipe came apart and the damage that needs to be cleaned out after the repair. He provided me an estimate and I had him go ahead and do the work. He also contacted Tanyika to come talk to me about the restoration process of cleaning out the sewage and replacing the vapor barrier in the crawl space. She even helped guide me through the process of getting the claim filed with my insurance company. After filing the claim, Tanyika provided me with the estimate and informed me that once I was assigned a claims agent from my insurance company, then she would send the pictures that Hunter took to the agent to get the process moving.Both Hunter and Tanyika were professional and helped explain every part of the process.Thank you Hunter and Tanyika for helping make this a smooth process.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
