The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a complex problem that took (3) technicians to solve over 2 days and (3) visits. I only got (2) of the technician's names-Chandler Cobb and Leslie Vinson. The third tech was also very good I just neglected to get his name. All were knowledge able very professional. The office communication was clear, accurate and timely. As a female I was grateful for the honesty, integrity and professionalism. They did not try to oversell me. They had me all set fairly quickly and the rate was reasonable. Thank you for hiring such good humans. We need more of this in this world.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

We called for service late evening due to having a leak in our shower, someone did come out that night after 11p, but didn't have the parts to do the repair. So we schedule for the next morning and our tech Dave of store #5131 show up in the time frame given, and was very professional and ready to work. He explained what he would be doing and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions or concerns we had. He cleaned up after himself and we even saved a few dollars. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again. We actually called other plumbers first and couldn't get anyone to return our calls or come out, but Roto Rooter did not such thing. Thanks again for the professionalism on all ends.

Shawn was amazing! He answered his phone when no one else did or had time. We had a few jobs that needed to be taken care of. He was on time, came and assessed the jobs and gave us his professional opinion on what we needed. He took care of everything within a few hours and we are grateful. He’s definitely gem and we will recommend him to anyone. The best part is, he cleans up after his work!

They have done various jobs for my house over the years.

Tech told me the issue was fixed, checked the work and wasn’t. They came back and it’s still not fixed but was charged even though it should be covered in my warranty.Still can’t get ahold of rep who did my drain project 2 months ago to fix the issue.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
