Kelvin was both very polite and professional. I was impressed with his workmanship and knowledge of his trade. His price was highly competitive. He was a God send. He even installed my shower pan for me after modifying the plumbing. I give him 5 stars.

Tech was nice professional but 300 dollars for 2 novels and him being gone 1 and a half hours. No discount for veterans.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had called after hours and left a message of what I believed to be the issue at our church property and I received a call back within an hour and a 2-hr window for the next day. Justin called when he was 25-min away and I met him there. He was communicative and on time. He even said it would be a free estimate. What I thought was the issue, wasn't, but he still spent time helping me figure out what it was. Then made sure to help me find the reason our water bill was climbing at a vacant building. He found it. He fixed it. It was a great cost and he had a great attitude. I truly appreciated his help and would call for any plumbing needs.

I called 15 companies on a Saturday afternoon and Brown is the only one that answered and he was here within 2 hours. For any septic needs we have in the future, they will always be our first call!!

We had Rich Waters come out and replace the hardware on our shower/tub combo, and it was nothing but great workmanship and quality of service. Don't go to other plumbers, you can't beat the prices. We are very happy with the work that was done, and will be saving as our plumber.

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

AC went out unexpectedly and they had a tech out to me within 2hrs and on a Sunday! He explained what he was doing/what he did and was thorough in explaining the billing. Not only that, dispatch texts you prior to the techs arrival with updated ETA and who to expect. Very professional. Not the cheapest but even with an “emergency call” on the wknd pricing extremely reasonable.

This has been a great experience from start to finish. I gave them a call and got an appointment set up for the next day by a friendly and confident coordinator, who verified my information was correct before ending the call. The technician, Bert, reached out before arriving, giving an ETA and arriving right around that estimate. She was very knowledgeable about the system and went straight to work. She had a great attitude around the work to be done and made sure not to waste time. Bert clearly knew how to get the old, stubborn faucet off, and expertly installed the new one. All around, well done!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now.
Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.
Mora is a local Doctor in Norfolk and considers himself above others. His review on Wright-Way Plumbing is not to be trusted

Khalif did a good job as always. Provided me some tips with questions that I had. However I was just looking at my invoice and read where an air scrubber and ac renew was recommended. I don’t recall that being mentioned. So I don’t know if that was a misprint or not. Thanks

My kitchen sink decided to start leaking in the middle of a pandemic, murphy's law right?! I decided while having the leak repaired, I would just have the entire sink replaced (i've always hated that sink) Mr. Rooter plumbing sent out the nicest plumber named David who wore a face mask the entire time to help adhere to the safety of this craziness going on.He was incredibly kind, efficient and professional. Jen helped make sure that we stayed within budget for this home repair and was so nice as well! I will continue using Mr Rooter plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
