First time using Premier and it was very good. The woman who answered the my call through the techs who took call of our issue. Will be using them from now on. Their pricing was great and the techs really made sure we understood what they found and how it was being corrected.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Justin is an excellent plumber that is trustworthy, kind, and on-time. I had a burst water heater in my attic and someone referred him to me. How can I put into words best service I've ever received!! I'm the type of person that I usually do it myself and do a mediocre job but get the job done.. A friend of mine referred me to Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain to install a washer and dryer and remove the old one that I was struggling to do myself.. Once I callled Rich Waters Plumbing and Drain and explained how important it was to me they did everything possible to fix the problem that same day!! They replaced the washer and dryer and fixed the area better than what it was before.. They even cleaned afterwards and everything was left better than they arrived! They were very professional and it was a great price for the quality of work that they provided. Van came to my home and provided the best service that I ever inticipated on getting.. This company has surpassed my expectations!!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Technician was good, though for what was done, and had similar issue last summer, the cost was extremely high.

Once the technician arrived we chatted briefly about my issue. He quickly understood what needed to be done and went right to work. He took the necessary time to complete the job, and also made it a point to run a camera down to inspect the line. We discussed potential options to check what might be a problem, and he made a couple recommendations.I’m always happy with their work.
