We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

The tech was on time and very friendly. Answered all my questions and explained what was wrong and how to fix the problem.

BE CAREFUL and please READ the entire review! I am sharing the e-mail I sent to their management team three times. MISDIAGNOSIS TWICE and almost GOT SCAMMED for over $12,000. I’ve spoken to two management personnel and explained the situation. One of them is a plumber and he offered to do a courtesy inspection, which I later refused because I believe it was pointless. I will not name the Master Plumber who came to the house the second time, but for them to insist that I pay the second invoice (another misdiagnosis where I almost agreed to pay $12,000 and let them rip apart my living room) is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE and just bad business. The last representative I spoke to threatened to send my $300+ bill to collections if I don’t pay.---------------Jan 23, 2023, MondayGood morning,I spoke with Cindy today at 11:15am. I'm attaching pictures showing that there's a clean out at my house and that the clog has been fixed.Your technician (name deleted) told me that the only way to fix my clog is to replace a collapsed line. That would entail breaking down my living room floors (concrete), removing and replacing the line and install a clean out in the front of the house. According to him, this job would cost $12,800. Desperate and not knowing much about plumbing, I asked him if he can go down with the price. He called me back a few mins later and claimed that his supervisor yelled at him for quoting $1,500.00 below actual price. I almost signed a contract with him yesterday (Sunday). Thank God I was able to find an honest and competent plumber who was able to find my cleanout in less than 30 minutes and fix my clog issue. I paid $400 after all is said and done, and on a Sunday job too.Either you guys have an incompetent plumber who would give me no other option but to pay $12,000 to fix what only cost me a $400 job or you have some very dishonest people. To say that I am upset and disappointed is an understatement.I don't know how A1 is going to make this right. But the least I am expecting from your Class A company is to NOT charge me for the second visit after he has given me a BS recommendation. I already paid for (deleted name)'s visit even though he was not able to either fix any issue or properly diagnose the problem.I have attached pictures of the cleanout and de-clogged toilet in my bathroom that none of the technicians you sent were able to fix.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

The technicians are thorough and professional. The company calls regularly to make an appointment. The only complaint I had was after purchasing a maintenance contract, there was no record of it. Then suddenly we were under a contract again. I was going to purchase a contract from another company. Everything seems okay now, but that was too much confusion and stress. Otherwise, it would be a five star review.

We've been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!

After tiling two bathroom floors I needed the toilets to be reinstalled. Due to the added floor height, I didn’t feel comfortable doing it myself. Lanthorn Plumbing was recommended and I’m very glad I used them. They were on time and very professional. I used them again to replace the faucet on our Roman tub. Highly recommended!

The 5 star rating is for the service that received from their technician Dean ! He truly went beyond the call of duty. He took his time after he completed the task he checkered & rechecked to make sure we wouldn’t have any more problems with our AC system after he was gone.
