After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I am changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I was charged $250 for the electrician to come out and not fix my problem. My problem came back the following day. I had a friend come and help me the next day and they were able to fix the problem. The company contacted me asking why I rated them 2 stars. I told them the above information. They wouldn’t provide me a refund because i couldn’t prove with an invoice what the real problem was. Then they offered me $100 store credit if i changed my review to a good review. I will not be bribed. Don’t go with this company.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. The service was scheduled to occur within a few hours of my call. The plumber, Brandon Rountree, arrived on time and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly hydro-jetted my sewer line which solved my drainage problem. I have no problem recommending this company for anyone’s plumbing needs.

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. The professionalism of this company is unmeasurable, as well as pure perfection. They fully renovated my kitchen. A wall was also removed and installed a beautiful twilight fireplace. In our livingroom. Our brick ranch is well-aged and needed it badly! I I highly recommend this company for all of your home's needs.

Do not use this company. Terrible service. They boast 24/7 service, had no one available the same day, had to wait for a 12 to 4 time window the next day couldn't use the toilet or shower in any bathrooms, received several calls the day of service pushing the time window back. Eventually a guy came out at 5 30, charged us $500 to pull and auger a toilet line that was already pulled off, it took 2 hours just to clear and pretty sure he damaged a pipe. Now it's the day after service and our lines are clogged up again, called to get service and they said they can't do anything without running a camera through or we'd have to pay again so now we have to wait until tomorrow to get everything looked at with a camera. Still can't use our facilities

I had my hot water heater replaced by Russel’s. The install team was great! They were on time and did a fantastic job. I would have given Russel’s 5 stars, but it seemed a little bit on the pricey side. I did get price quotes from other companies and Russel’s was in the middle. I ultimately went with them and I am glad I did.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
