After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

We had a heating issue with our HVAC and scheduled an appointment within 2 days to have it looked at. Matt was our tech and made a courtesy call to let us know he was on the way. Matt was able to assess the issue immediately (which turned out to be a lock on the gas due to our sellers turning off the gas the day we moved in and we didn't know). He waited for the lock to be removed just to make sure that the issue resolved, and it did. Matt was very professional and kind. He even assessed our control unit where he fixed a minor issue with our fan and AC. Although our issue was small we feel comfortable working with Michael and Son again and with other projects on our new home.

Worst Experience. First appointment cancelled on same day and wasted my time and issued me $25 off on next appointment for which they charged me next week scheduled appointment $295 for 50 minute for job not completed. Tech said there is too much noise out on road and can not perform leak detection and left in 50 minutes. Tech even said he fix the issue without detecting leak and will bypass the water line and will charge me $3000( Three Thousand dollars) and will take care of it immediately. I hardly had done 1 star review. I think this time I had no choice.

I Highly recommend. Steve and Johnny were very professional and thorough. They diagnosed and repaired my AC quickly. They were on time and went right to work. I will call this company and request these guys for any future needed repairs. Great job! Thanks!

I have had RS Andrew's out to my house twice in a week to fix my furnace. The first technician was very professional and got the furnace running. Shortly after he left it was down again. Had a different technician out the next day and he said my air filter is too thick and removed it. Furnace ran for a few hours. Called today scheduled for a technician and they don't show. I call the office and they claim I wasn't scheduled and they will be closed for the holidays.. Can't fix a furnace and can't show to an appointment is very disappointing and I will ensure everyone knows.

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Mike showed up at 9 PM on a Sunday night without acting like he was showing up at 9PM on a Sunday night. We explained our issue and that we had been using all natural products and plunging for about 7 hours at that point. First thing, he did NOT dismiss my efforts as ridiculous or a waste of time. He explained at the RR pricing and products and processes then got to work. 31 ft of snaking later, explaining how the kitchen ties into the nearest bathroom, and my clog was gone. I can't even explain how happy I was with Mike. His knowledge and experience and even the lateness of the hour, explaining everything to us. But most importantly, again, at my age and with my daughter helping for 7 hours, he did not dismiss all that we did, other than thank us for not using Drano. This is not my first emergency call to RR (broken pipe the first time) and will not be the last. Thank you Mike.

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
