We couldn’t find a plumber on Christmas Day to fix an outdoor spigot. We feel very lucky to have found Stephen. He came out at 10:00 PM and put on a new spigot in no time. He was prompt and courteous. I do believe we’ve found our new plumber!

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Late for appointment called said technician would arrive within hour was almost two hours. Drain line was stopped up had to be cleaned out took about 30 minutes cost 250.00 dollars which I felt was high but I paid with no question as I originaly quoted 350.00 dollars it took a call to the manager to reduce the price but ac is back running and sometimes you just have except the price and pay the piper.

Pipe cracked in our wall, Mr. Rooter came out and did everything for us. Always letting me know what is going on, friendly and professional. I always heard horror stories about plumbers up charging or coming up with hidden fees. These guys told me exactly how much it would be upfront, and it wasn't a penny more.

I highly recommend Cecelia’s home repairs. Our water heater broke yesterday. We called this morning at around 10 and they had a technician out before 12. This is on a Saturday and they had no extra charge for coming out on a weekend. They were very good at explaining and answering my questions. Mike, our technician, was very knowledgeable and helpful especially when I was asking for quotes for other items we needed done. Finally, they are very affordable.
