Best Sewer Line Repair/Replacement in Chesapeake VA

I needed a gas regulator replacement on my meter and this company gave me one quote for $900 the first time then came back a day later and gave me a quote for $1700! I asked them if they could explain the charges or send me an itemization of what was being performed. I knew the part on the high end was about $200, but the labor alone was $1100! This job is quick as I removed the previous one in under 45 mins. I asked why so expensive and the receptionist said it is what it is. I reported this company to the BBB and went with a local competitor who charged me under $800 for thebwhole job. This company is not good and with their attitude and unprofessionalism when I asked questions about the quote was offputting. I would not recommend them to anyone and if I could give 0 stars I would.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

They came for clogged toilet and try to charged me $700 to open, job has been done for $350 with different company. Stay away! They charged $125 service fee for 10 min inspection.

We called A1 plumbing because of a hot water heater issue back in February at one of our restaurants. At that time we needed to replace it completely. A1 was efficient and responsive so that our daily operations were not impacted by this issue. Fast forward to this week (June 22). The same water heater they replaced in February needed to be replaced again! They came back out, assessed the situation in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. A replacement hater water was installed the very next day and we were credited for the one they put in a few months back. Good business all around. We will use them again for sure!

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

On time - actually early - and worked quickly and efficiently. The price was more reasonable than others I have employed. Jason was great. Hats off to this firm. I will definitely use them from now on.
