The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

My wife and I recently purchased a home in Greenbrier that was a recent foreclosure. The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed.

It is never easy to find a GOOD contractor, not to mention someone who makes you feel comfortable going in and out of your house while you are working and your family is at home...However, from our initial contact with this company, we have had nothing short of professionalism and a true team of contractors that CARE how things are done. Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them.

Prior to finalizing out initial list, we added two more lists to their plate including building a full bar from scratch (See Photo).

In addition to their professionalism, they were also great with our kids! My favorite part was coming home to see my son, who is 2, wearing a tape measure on his side just like his contractor buddies.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Andrew Tucker along with David Tucker installed my new heating and cooling unit on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. The technicians arrived on time. They keep me informed of what they were during, and answered all my questions with ease. Andrew and David were both very professional. I was instructed on how to use my new programmable Thermostat, and was given a head's up on what to expect once I use my heating system for the first time. What was very impressive was that they cleaned as they worked to install my units. The furniture that had to be moved to allow them to bring in equipment were all put back as it was when they arrived. This guy makes it happen. Turns out the previous homeowners installed the old dishwasher completely wrong. Not only did Mr Richardson hook it up correctly, but brought over a professional cabinet guy to make the required adjustments to make that happen. I was expecting to pay way more than it ended up costing me. This is the second time I've used his services, I'm sure it won't be the last, and I can't imagine I'll ever use anybody else. 5 out of 5 service

Fast with good service and very convenient

Sean arrived promptly and evaluated the repair. He also offered suggestions as to how to improve the outside shower. Work was done in about a hour. He was very professional and courteous. While Sean was quite good, I felt the price was a bit high for an hour of work. Hence the four stars. Not a reflection on Sean and his work.
