TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

Emergency service took 2 days but they did not have what they needed to clear my drains for another day. Called someone else as my business was already closed for a day.

Paul & crew always do a great job for us! I bought a country place that needs some TLC and remodeling so they put in some new faucets back in November, checked a 20 yr old dishwasher that was never used... and works great (its an impressive antique and great family conversation piece). Had some leaky/running outside faucets and our shower was pouring too. The handles are literally so old that we were gonna have to replace the parts with an RV work around, lol. I did find people willing to do the service for a less cost, but with their 0% financing, professionalism, and responsivenesses They beat everyone hands-down. Great company to do business with. The owner is local from the Hampton Roads area. Also wanna give a shout out to Corey L. On helping me decide which unit to decide on and Expeditiously pushing everything through even on a Sunday while in the car with his wife. Mr. Wiley and his install team provided excellent service and took great care of my home.
