Best Sewer Line Issues in Chesapeake VA

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

From the first call I made to A1 to the tech Justin everything was done in a timely manner & all involved was so very pleasant. I was really impressed. In 23 years of business, I have never responded to a negative review or met such an unreasonable person as Mora. I am making an exception now.
Responding to Adrian Mora, he is a very sad and dishonest person. This is not the result of Wright-Way Plumbing. He has never been our customer, nor has he ever paid us, or hired us to do work at his home. We performed work for the prior homeowner, who is a long standing customer of ours, for over 10 years. He hired us to fix the jetted tub, we did, and he paid us. Mora, agreed and signed off before moving into the house, that all repairs were completed and everything working. He lived in the house for some time and decided to call us to fix an electrical issue with his tub, and wanted it done free. He was told we are not responsible for the electrical problem, his realtor told him the same thing and he threatened to write bad reviews and contact BBB. He also decided that several other issues needed to be fixed that were not our responsibility. After being patient with him and explaining over and over again, we were not responsible for the electrical work, he seemed unable to understand this and kept adding additional work he wanted for free, so I told him he was like a monkey with his hand in the cookie jar, who could not pull it out.
Mora also made unreasonable demands, and threatened to sue his realtor and others involved in the sale of his home, prior to the closing of the sale, so we were advised by the other parties involved, not to do work for him for any amount of money. I recommend no one do work for him, due to his apparant mental imbalance and assumption that he should not pay for services.
Mora is a local Doctor in Norfolk and considers himself above others. His review on Wright-Way Plumbing is not to be trusted

Tony was very knowledgeable and honest, he diagnosed our problem and fixed the problem then fixed the under think sink problem we were having. Very nice very clean and he cleaned up any mess made. We highly recommend him and will be a repeat customers for any future problems our house has.

Have utilized for plumbing repairs at multiple homes over past 40 yrs. Stopped in for parts always helpful, prompt, responsive and professional. Very reasonable prices on all repairs. Don't waste your time with any other plumbing firm. A family run business that knows how to treat and the value of customers! Used Newman’s in the past 3 times to replace small vanity & toilet in guest bathroom and to replace both toilets in other bathrooms. Once again, these guys saved the day for me. I had no water in the house due to a broken outside faucet gushing water. With no local cutoff valve I had to turn the water off at the street. I called Precision and they took great care of me. They got here fast and made the repair, they fixed the other outside faucet at the same time so everything is good to go. Robert even dropped the price because the job didn't take as long as he thought it would. Robert and Paul are rock stars of the plumbing industry, I'll never call anyone else for plumbing issues. They are fast, friendly, fair, professional and know their business. Great guys doing a great job at reasonable rates, what more could you ask for?

This is the first time I've used Sean Fixes Johns. I had originally needed a very small repair, but as often happens, once you dive into a small problem you find other damage. Sean got the problem fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair for the work performed. I would recommend him to others.
