Stephen did a great job fixing a couple small gas leaks we had. They weren’t available over the weekend but he showed up at 9AM ready to help. He even found an issue with our gas water heater we weren’t aware of. A bit pricey for an hour’s work (reflected in the four stars instead of 5) but definitely appreciated the quality service they provided.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I had called A1 Plumbing to come out and repair a drain under my crawlspace. I had first worked with my home warranty company and they sent out someone who was rude and proceeded to tell me the repair was going to cost me and it wouldn’t be covered. They had an appointment for me the next day and today I had the pleasure of working with JB. He was professional courteous and understood what I was going through. He did the work quickly and tested to make sure there were no leaks before he left. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.
