Premier Plumbing is awesome ! I live in an apartment and management called them because my water heater had flooded most of the apartment. They came exactly when the property manager said they would be here. Drew was the tech that came. He was awesome ! He was kind, caring, and when the water extraction company came he took control of the situation and had them remove the water in certain areas first. I'm a senior citizen and he helped me out so much with this process. He removed my washer and dryer with care and even put them on cardboard since he had to put them on my carpet and he hooked up the new water heater with little or no mess. If he is representative off the company, well it is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Technicians arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job installing the new AC unit and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company.

Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

Today i had the pleasure of meeting Gary employee #4929 when he came to my house after yard work turned into a leaking pipe. I was impressed by the professionalism and timeliness he presented. He was knowledgeable and knew just what to say to allow me to understand what the problem was and how to fix it. He was fantastic!!! Andrew and Tyler installed a new heating and air conditioner system for me. They were very knowledgeable , personable and efficient. In addition, they answered every question i asked.Eric was the service came to service my unit... it was decided a new system was needed..Eric explained to be what he thought was the best for my needs. After patiently asking many questions, I decided to purchased one.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
