We had a toilet that would not stop running, technician Justin came to our home to do address the issue. Safety measure and PPE were worn through his entire service call. He was polite and repaired our toilet in a timely manner. We found the cost to be reasonable for the service provided. We have since recommended premier plumbing to family and neighbors.

A++ person and A++ work. What more could a homeowner hope for?

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Called around noon on a Sunday after doing a very poor job of trying to replace my kitchen sink. They had a technician out here in less than 2 hours and he did his work fast and efficient.

Ronald was our tech and he was very nice and got the job done! Poor guy had a rough start he locked his keys in his van but he maintained a positive attitude and was very quick to get the problem solved as soon as he was able. Very decent pricing as well. Highly recommend.

I have been without hot water, for about 2 1/2 weeks. That entire time, I've been waiting for another company to keep lying to me.This company was contacted this morning. Came out today. And the parts were available immediately, would have been done today. On schedule for the next day.In my opinion, this has been a WAY better experience! Pat B. Was professional, timely. Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Their technician, Dave, was always prompt and professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, got the job done efficiently and at minimal expense. He was able to answer all my questions and I believe provided excellent advice for solving a difficult problem.
I dealt with Paula on the phone for scheduling and electronically signing paperwork. She could not have been more helpful and understanding.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
