After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

The 2 technicians that came to work on my tub faucet were very nice and professional. They fixed a very leaky tub faucet that was gushing a lot of water. They explained what they did and the further work needed. The biggest thing I felt was they were not there to cheat me. I've been cheated or tried to cheat, so I'm always apprehensive when I need work done. These guys were very good and I thank them and will be contacting Michael & Son in the future. Excellent!! Raymond Goodman ant responded to an emergency weekend plumbing call for a broken tub faucet. Told me he would arrive in an hour, which he did. He then promptly took a look at the job and had price quote ready in less than 10 minutes. He was finished with the whole job in under an hour and a half restoring running water in our home and essentially saving the day! His work was professional and on point! Additionally, their pricing was fair and they even applied a military discount! Very happy with the service we received! 10/10 would recommend! I called them up frantically about my washer drain pipe overfilling and spraying out water, they responded and came down the same day. Turns out my house being older had some very old piping. We just bought a new washer and the pipe couldn’t handle the water pressure. They ended up having to replace all the pipes under the house except for the sewer line because that’s another can of worms. They came back within 2 days, made the repairs all same day and had me ready to go so I could do laundry in no time! I had been without it for nearly 2 weeks. We were going to go through our home warranty but the company they sent was taking too long to respond. They were great, fast, professional, very responsive and efficient! It’s been a week and we’re still doing good! Also the explanation of everything was fantastic and they show you what is wrong before and after!

All I can say is WOW!!! Stephen and Johnny were amazing!!! Very professional, efficient and timely. They truly saved the day for me and my family. We were in desperate need of help and they provided it by fixing our AC issue. Grateful that they were able to fit us in their schedule so quickly! Thank you!

One of the big companies tried to get me to agree to pay them $700 to replace a $30 water heater element that would take about an hour or so to do. Beware of big advertising budgets and fancy trucks. You'll pay for them. Rod was very responsive and gave me a fair price for the work done. Keep the small family owned business attitude and you'll continue to get great reviews. Josh was great and got the job done quickly and professionally. Well done all!

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

As a former Hybrid Air customer, Russell's Heating and Cooling had my contact information when I ran into an issue with my HDI. About 3 months later out condenser capacitor needed to be replaced. Since our whole unit was over the 10 year mark, they sold us on replacing our main components along with a 10 year maintenance service agreement.The gentlemen who worked on our system were very intelligent and friendly. They made some small changes to our ducting that really should have been done during our old installation.I do highly recommend them if you are in need of your HVAC system being serviced or replaced.

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere
