Wow! They’re fantastic. On all 4 occasions (rescue), they've been professional, prompt, courteous, SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install which scored points with my wife! After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Guy was fast, efficient, and courteous...came out within the hour of calling and did a very nice job. I will definitely use them in the future for any septic needs. Very highly recommend!

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

A-1 (Terry) just finished replacing our down stairs toilet. This was the smoothest evolution I have ever encountered using plumber services. Calling to make an appointment was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Terry was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got to work and completed the job in great time. He left with everything picked up and cleaner then he found it. If you need good service at a fair price all A1 Sewer and Drain. Thank you Terry.

Bill and Morris provided exceptional work getting my heating system back up and running. They were thorough with identifying the root cause of the issue with my unit and provided a fix at a very reasonable expense. I chose to go with this company based on the reviews I read, thinking they would be legit and trust worthy. Well, Aug 28 completed paperwork and financing including all terms agreed upon. Aug 29th they were suppose to complete job, yet they failed to do so due to lack of communication between Russell and whomever was schedule to come fix the unit. Our sales order clearly indicated that a drain pan was to be replaced, but it was not showing up on their work order so they didn't do it. Russell was suppose to get back with us, we are now on day 4 and he has yet to call back. I spoke to the manager Jeff on 8/31/23, 1) was not aware of the issue (red flag) and 2) promised to get it rectified by 9/1/23 between 12pm and 5pm. It is now 515pm, no call, no eta email, no response. On top of it, a down payment was made and when I got their invoice. Guess what? No down payment on record, yet I was also promised it would be rectified by this morning and I have yet to received the correct invoice.So, yes a we are frustrated of the lack of care. Mind you these clients are elderly, so taking advantage of them is not the way to go. I hope they rectify this immediately.

Coast Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater in our home. Also, they showed up on time for both visits, on the time we had agreed on. They are very professional, and I highly recommend them!!!

I was so panicky because it was thanksgiving and then sunday and i couldnt use the kitchen sink for 4 days, and we had company and my husband was recovering from a stroke but the service was on time and efficient and got the job done. The guys ,ricky and brian and one other guy were so friendly and understanding. The office staff were very considerate and patient concerning my worries. Plus they educated me about Bio Choice which i ordered for future maintenance. Very pleased with knowledgeable service.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.
