Best Replacement Faucet in Chesapeake VA

This was my first experience with Premier Plumbing and Mike and Mike were awesome! I'm a first time homeowner and they did a great job at explaining to me what was causing a leak in my shower. Thank you guys!

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

called dons plumbing in the evening,I had a washing machine drain backup.was told that somebody would be out 1st thing in the morning. was very impressed with the company they called that next morning to let me know they were on their way, once they arrived the tech. was very polite and went right to work on the problem.what impressed me more was that after unclogging the drain he gave me some advise in how to keep the drain open. i will always use dons plumbing from this point on.

I originally called to get a idea of why my kitchen ceiling was leaking. Boy did they do that and more. Sam and Marcus showed up, found and fixed the leak in no time. They were VERY professional and even took the time to show and explain to me what the issue was. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I will continue to call Mr Rooter and reccomend them to anyone.

Did great clean quick work and fixed my shower like new

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Took 4 days to fix my heat and it's still messed up. In order to cool my house down I have to turn the ac on. Even when the system is off it still blows out heat
