The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.

Nick was absolutely fantastic. We thought our garbage disposal needed a full replacement. However he was in and out without having to in 5 minutes total. He was super accepting of the fact we had 3 dogs too, the lack of hesitation with them was comforting. Would definitely recommend.

Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. Worst experience ever, technician quickly gave me scenarios and assumptions of how I needed a new system. She didn’t even hear the system working or couldn’t turned on, and she said how it was failing.She realized the breakers were off, and then she continued saying that the unit jumped the breakers when I confirmed with my husband that he turned off.Then I have to troubleshoot why the unit was not coming on, and it was because she didn’t turned on all the breakers.But she continued with the scenario that the compressor was bad.I asked her to wait and listen to the unit, but she said “all this time the unit hasn’t turned on” . How could it , if it didn’t have power.Then when she finally heard the problem she said yeah it is the compressor.But the fan was making the noise, she insisted that with that fan for sure the compressor is bad.I lost all the confidence in the tech, she didn’t even tried to put oil in the fan because it sounds like it needs lubrication.I needed fresh air, so I walked outside 3 minutes after she was screaming ma’am. Very disrespectful and poor customer service.My husband when he arrived asked her why she came to this conclusion if she didn’t work in the system she said she based her diagnosis in what I told her, she said the customer always knows what is wrong with the unit. This is a house I just bought and I don’t know anything about that unit, but I know the fan sounds terrible and maybe needs lubricación but she said I need a new unit. By the way she said I need a new furnace as well because of the compressor.I called the office they told me they will send another technician. They told me he will be there in 45 minutes . I called back to inquire why 1:30 minutes he did not come and I was told to wait 1 more hour.
