Best Replace Garbage Disposal in Chesapeake VA

We couldn’t find a plumber on Christmas Day to fix an outdoor spigot. We feel very lucky to have found Stephen. He came out at 10:00 PM and put on a new spigot in no time. He was prompt and courteous. I do believe we’ve found our new plumber!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

Technicians were very considerate of the COVID-19 and took precaution to ensure no one felt uncomfortable while working. They very informative of the equipment that was installed and communicated on every level to ensure there were no misunderstanding on how to operate the new unit. Once the work was complete they proceeded to clean up behind themselves and left my home as though they were never there. Thank you for the security and integrity and also, for bringing comfort and warmth back into my home.

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

We called and asked if they worked on pumps for well water. They said they did but they actually couldn't but charged us $85 anyway.

We have used this company a few times, and we are always satisfied. The staff are very courteous and friendly. They schedule the appointments and the tech's always arrive on time. The Tech's are professional and know what they are doing. No guesswork with them on repairs.

Dave Richardson is truly a genuinely amazing human being. I cannot begin to tell you how he got me from tears of panic to tears of appreciation when my ceiling was cracking and pouring water all over my livingroom. There are a lot of plumbers in the area but NONE can even begin to compare to Dave. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas issue. I promise you will be very very pleased. Thank you Dave!!!
