The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

Professional and personable staff. They repaired my water heater (installed 9 months ago by a different company) same day. Their prices may be a little higher than others but you get what you pay for and I learned the hard way. 100% recommend

After reading the other review I had to add my experience with Wright Way Plumbing. My husband and I have had John and his company do several jobs for us and have had a great overall experience in customer service, consultation, actual job getting accomplished in a clean and timely manner. Prices are compariable to other companies but the customer service we received from Wright Way far exceeded others that we called. Terrance, the technician that came was rude and intimidating. I asked for the diagnosis, and he gave me few options. I needed more information to make right decision. I asked because he was not clear,, and he started getting angry, glared, and yelling at me when I asked more info abt the service and why I would need it. He still wouldnt explain clearly... just keep repeating I already explained and have nothing else to sayThen, he started leaning on my water heater,And when I asked him not to, he said, what?? In sarcastic tone. I asked him not to once again, and he said, cool buddy with hand gesture..Also, he was going leave without to putting unit back if I didn't tell him to put it back..I felt scared, intimidated, and disrespected..I just wanted him to be out of my property as soon as possible, so I just paid what he told me and got him out even though I questioned if I received quality of service that I paid for...Called RS Andrew, including QA number in below comment,,,, never heard back.

TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

I had a leak underground and called Atomic Plumbing with short notice. They were awesome, from the office to the job! Sean D and his assistant Tim were fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable and quick. Beverly at the office was very efficient and she was able to send Sean and Tim right away! I had a leaking kitchen sink/faucet that overflowed onto my kitchen floor. Tony came out when he said he would, explained the problem and what needed to be done. While he was there, I had him fix two other minor problems I had been having-all for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend him over the high cost chain plumbers any day!

A++++ Had an emergency hot water line burst and after couple other plumbers come out throw this big estimate at me and still want a service fee for nothing done, I called A T Large Plumbing, wish I would of called them first. I am a fan, a huge fan! Family owned business and absolutely took care of me and my family. Gabriel came out took a look at the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do. The leak was in the crawl space and a hard spot to get to, but he opened a small hole in the wall exactly where the pipe was and completly fixed the issue and even cleaned up the crawlspace where the water leaked! Very reasonable priced too. Thank you, thank you thank you! No more cold showers for us! You are now my go to plumbers and look for me to call whenever I have issues come up!
