The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

That dang ole Thomas only talked about plumbing and plumbing accessories but he sure did a mighty fine job, I’m sure if he had a wife named Peggy she would be proud. He worked through the weird plumbing issues I had at my house with grace and poise. Dave helped too. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

Mr Martin and the folks over at Tidewater Plumbing and Heating are simply a God send! They are so humble and honest and helpful - I can't say enough great things about them. My air conditioning went out on the hottest of days recently - thankfully Mr Martin & his a/c knowledge and experience, were able to have me up & running and at a very competitively priced cost. 5 starts isn't enough for them but it's the most we can give here ...

The technician (Bryan F) was professional, courteous, and friendly. The entire process was great: he arrived within the provided time window; the office called me when he was in route; and the office also texted his name and picture prior to his arrival.No problems or complaints.

Price was way too high. I told the customer service person that I was 30 minutes away but I guess that info didn't go anywhere or was simply disregarded. They were on the phone in a panic 15 minutes later saying that the technician was there and nobody was answering the door. What part of 30 minutes was hard to comprehend?

My water heater burst and my property management company put the work order in to Mr. Rooter. Jennifer was very prompt in getting me scheduled for the next day once they got approval to replace the water heater. Sam responded out the next morning to replace the water heater not knowing it had burst the night before as they had previously quoted replacing it due to leaking. He was very professional and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. I sincerely appreciate their customer service and workmanship as this was a stressful ordeal and knowing the job was done correctly made it so much better.

My upstairs shower was leaking down to the first floor. I was dreading the potential of having to have the plumbers cut a hole in my ceiling. Duke and Bobby arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I described the problem and they immediately said lets trying the easy fix first. They checked the thread in fixture in the shower and determined the plumber's putty had gone bad. They fixed it and tested it...problem solved. I really appreciate them looking for the easy solution first. Excellent service at a reasonable price. My third time using OneStop Plumbers and I will continue using them!

Today we woke up on Day 1 of a 3 day Holiday weekend to our main sewer line backed up. All the toilets and sinks were backing up; we were unable to use the water at all. Panic ensued... Then we called Atomic pluming and another company in the hopes that someone would call us back. Atomic plumbing immediately called us back and the appointment coordinator was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She told us which technician would be arriving and an approximate time. Less than 30 minutes later we had Robert Rollings at our door. Robert fixed our problem and had us back up and running in less than an hour and 45 minutes from our initial phone call! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Atomic Plumbing exceeded our expectation in every way. Shout out to Robert and scheduling coordinator for such a positive experience. We are now customers for life!
