Best Remodel in Chesapeake VA

We have used Premier a few times. Each time Justin showed up on time, was very professional and we felt he was very honest with what the problems were. He had them fixed at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Premier plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Corey and Marcus were very professional!! They explained everything that they were doing and constantly asked did I have any questions. They were very respectful and worked well together. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for an awesome job and explaining things to me.

The professionalism of this company is unmeasurable, as well as pure perfection. They fully renovated my kitchen. A wall was also removed and installed a beautiful twilight fireplace. In our livingroom. Our brick ranch is well-aged and needed it badly! I I highly recommend this company for all of your home's needs.

I am a first time home owner and thought of getting a plumbing inspection, i called Roto Rooter and ordered for a Camera inspection. (all terms are new to me). William Smith was the technician. He was on time and very friendly. He gave me a clear picture of what he's going to do. After the inspection he gave me an invoice, explained me about the charges and layman like me could understand it very clearly. He's very knowledgable and Friendly. I would love to go back to Roto Rooter for all plumbing works.

We had a natural gas pipe develop a leak, which resulted in the gas company shutting off and locking our meter. Without gas, we had no stove, but worse, no hot water. This was on a Tuesday night. He came out on Wednesday, replaced to leaky pipe, and contacted the city inspector (part of the process). They came out on Thursday, and we had hot water! He did not gouge us on price and he worked really quickly. THANK YOU! I would recommend him to anyone.

I work for Cecilia’s and it’s been a great experience so far. The professionalism of the employees and owner is incomparable to places I’ve worked in the past. The owner is an honest and fair business owner with employees as well as customers. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is top notch. I’d honestly have the same remarks if I didn’t work for Cecelia’s.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

Had an amazing experience, I was in need of an electrician quickly and when I texted I received a very quick and friendly call right away. There was availability to give me an estimate same day! When Cody arrived he was very professional and friendly. I explained what I needed and we discussed all of my options to come up with the best plan. He was also able to complete the work same day which was awesome. Last but certainly not least I had 3 other electricians come in for a stove issue who could not give me a working solution, Cody was not only willing to figure it out but he did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have definitely found my go to electrician service.

Someone came immediately to test for water damage then 2dys later plumber came. Manny was excellent explained everything did job in timely manner n explained what he did as he worked, cleaned his mess up, very polite. I definitely would recommend this company

Should be ZERO STARS. Left a message for a quote 10 days ago, NO reply NO call... nothing. Must be nice not to need business. I wanted to support a local business, next time I will try elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE GUYS.
