Best Plumbing Repairs And Installation in Chesapeake VA

Bad customer service. Came to do an estimate on work which is 50 dollars and were there for 15 min didn't check my pipe like I asked and charged me 170. The only thing they had to say to me on the phone was I didn't know how to run a business. Awful customer service, said they would call me back after talking to the tech and they never called. Where is a good plumbing service in this state??

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

When trying to hook up our washer, we didn't have the water valve as closed as we thought and water shot out everywhere! We eventually were able to get the hose shooting somewhere non-damaging, and when we called in a panic they scheduled us for an emergency appointment and expecting help in a couple hours. Jesse voluntarily came back in to help us out and was with us within an hour! He was an immense help, very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and calm in the situation! We are forever thankful and will definitely be using Michael & Son for future endeavors, especially if we can request Jesse again!

These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house. Very down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use them again if we need to. They really were wonderful. Professional and willing to help resolve the issues.

My gas water heater sprang a leak and started flooding my garage. Chris B. showed up and fixed it within minutes. He was also very professional and courteous, a real pleasure to work with. Even took the time to find that the part needed was under warranty while showing me some maintenance tricks to keep my system in better shape over the years. Well done Chris! Thank you!

So disappointed. All working employees were very nice and professional. Not so for Management level. After having several issues with install got 0, zero, support from company. None , 0, of my calls were returned, from QA Mgr, to Sales rep, to individual for parts. No booklet was left for the Carrier unit, no filter, etc. I didnt know what size filter to buy. NO ONE would even return my call to tell me. It's as if once they were paid they dropped off the face of the Earth. I am a retired senior who had to struggle with getting the heatpump paid . Quality of install was pitiful. I went 8 days in the heat of July for a faulty part on a brand new unit, which I didnt need; the problem being installer covered up return! For a company this size who advertises how much they care about the customer my experience has, and continues to be a nightmare. Unbelievable. To this day, one month after install, no response to correct my issues other than slipshod jerry rigged bandaids. Words are cheap. Dont believe the expensive ads.

We used them for many projects during our remodel tile work, plumbing, as well as helping with a kitchen remodel. The company did great work and were very dependable and trust worthy.

My experience mirrors other recent negative reviews linked to property management with Howard Hanna. Late, unprofessional, and unable to speak to me or my husband with any kind of human decency or respect. This company lost its accreditation from the BBB last year due to being unable to Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity, good faith and intent to do what is reasonably expected. Which tracks because they straight up lied to me about coming out early in the morning to fix what their own technician said was a sh*tily installed plumbing. They fired him for telling us that, btw. My advice would be to document everything, take photos of your home before and after they arrive (check the other reviews about coincidentally missing items of value from homes). Oh and have alot of time to waste because these people DGAF about you or your rental. Just the money.

My water heater burst and my property management company put the work order in to Mr. Rooter. Jennifer was very prompt in getting me scheduled for the next day once they got approval to replace the water heater. Sam responded out the next morning to replace the water heater not knowing it had burst the night before as they had previously quoted replacing it due to leaking. He was very professional and took his time to make sure everything was done properly. I sincerely appreciate their customer service and workmanship as this was a stressful ordeal and knowing the job was done correctly made it so much better.

He gave me peace of mind! Woke up to find a water stain on the ceiling under where our water heater is located. We have already had 1 bad heater burst years ago and left us with a waterfall in our downstairs, so I feared this is where we were heading. Called around to plumbers and no one could come out for 2+ weeks. Called Richardson Plumbing and he came out on his way home from his last job site, assessed the damage, inspected my water heater, and assured me there would be no overnight waterfall. Thankful I could rest easy that night, he returned the next day as promised and found and repaired the leaky pipe. Professional, punctual, responsive, kind, and caring! Mid afternoon call made to Atomic when kitchen sink and washer drains were backed up. Then discovered bathroom commode when flushed made the tub gurgle. Tech Ryan arrived within an hour which was faster than expected or promised. Cleaned the main line and then the kitchen. Sounds simple enough but it wasn't. Now all is flowing like a rivers stream. After putting away his equipment and inspecting everything before for the day he noticed that the disposal was leaking under the sink. It was at the end of the day now. To avoid overtime pay he said he would come back in the am. Since I don't have a dishwasher I said let's not replace the disposal but re plumb the drain. He arrived on time today and finished the project.This is my second experience with Atomic and it's equal to if not better than the first thanks to Ryan Dean. Ryan is a true profession. From arriving, surveying the issues, explaining the costs, work performance it was excellent. Nothing in today's world is cheap or free. The price paid to Atomic is worth it. That's a good feeling to be satisfied.I would suggest to all future customers reading this without previously calling Atomic to do so. Matter of fact even if you have a problem tell them as it will only be an opportunity for them to improve. All companies we call irreguardless of trades need the feed back.I will call them in the future when a need arises. Was impressed enough that I called the supervisor and informed himhow good the service was. From the receptionist onward it seems that they all take happy pills and enjoy what they do with Atomic.Bob Jennings

I called Tony to take a look at my damaged toilet on the fly. At the time, he had a scheduling conflict, but he found some time for me the next morning. He was polite, great at staying in touch with me, on time, and expedient with the repair. After the repair, he looked at my garbage disposal, which had been making an odd sound. He fixed that up for me as well, without much time or effort. In all, Tony is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great service at a reasonable cost!

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
