After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

From the service tech, comfort advisor to the install team they were professional the entire time. Explained all my possible options with all the possible price points. I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

Had water leaking from kitchen ceiling. David found the leak and noticed previous work was not done properly. He explained in detail to me why it is an issue and the correct way the work should be completed. David completed the job properly and even cleaned up the drywall and disposed of it in the trash can before leaving. Very happy with David's quality of work and customer service.

Customer Service is horrendous. I had a 4:00 appointment with Smith & Keene to come out and service my unit. The service technician called me and left a message, at 1:30 that he is running early and is on the way. Needless to say I didn’t get the message until 4:00 once I got off work. When I called the office, the lady answering the phone was smug and acted like it was my fault I missed the techs call. When she matter-of-fact asked if I wanted another appointment for the next week, I told her I was going to use a company that will appreciate my business.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.
