We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

York control board for heat/AC installation. My old control board burned out. So, I called the Fixture Specialists and got an appointment immediately. The receptionist, Kitty, was super friendly and extremely helpful. She quoted me a fair price over the phone and texted me an appt reminder. Mike and Chris arrived on time. Mike was knowledgeable, proficient, and fast, took pride in his work. He completed the installation and operational test within 20 minutes. My husband isn't an easy man to be impressed by anything or anyone and Mike impressed him with the quality and pride in his work.
So, stop overpaying for your HVAC repairs and give the Fixture Specialists a try. I would most definitely use their service again. Highest recommendation.

After trying to clear a stopped up sink for 2 days, which included different drain clearers and snaking the pipes, with little to no success I called A1, I got an appointment for one day later, the technician Steve was on time, professional, effective, efficient and got the job done quickly. Outstanding!!!!

This is the first time we used Wright Way Plumbing. We needed a cleanout installed, and were frustrated after calling another plumbing company for over 6 weeks to get a quote. We called Wright Way plumbing and they visited within 2 days of my first call, gave a quote that same day, and we were on the schedule within about 2 weeks- working around Christmas/New Years. William and Dominique did an amazing job. They dug out the flowerbed and carefully removed/put back our plants. They took photos of their work, before burying it and sent to us. We saved hundreds of dollars going with Wright Way, and they were prompt and professional.

We had trouble with our sewer line and called Mr Rooter. Put simply, you get what you pay for. Bryce and his colleague dug up and replaced our sewer line in half a day, explained what they did, and left as small a footprint as possible. They were professionals; zero drama on the job site and it was completed to a high standard. Recommended.

We had a small snafu with the City of Norfolk for my business. Some regulatory paperwork for a backflow valve got misfiled under the wrong address. Needless to say, it became a bit of an event when the Office of Cross Connections came in and wanted to shut off the water. Fortunately, AT Large was very responsive and handled the situation professionally, courteously, and promptly.

Mistakes happen, paperwork can get misplaced, etc. The important thing is making it right and being dependable when time is of the essence.

When our air conditioner went out on a Monday morning, it made for a long day and night ahead. Rocco arrived punctually the next morning, and immediately identified the cause of our problem. He got to work right away, replacing the damaged part, and adding a surge protector to guard against any possiblefuture issues. He had our system up and working again within minutes, and then took the time to ensure everything was working properly. Rocco was very professional and efficient, and we would highly recommend him.

Scott and Joey replaced two toilets that I had purchased. They explained what Atomic’s service entailed & went right to work. They did the job as promised professionally and setup for removal of both old toilets while they worked. Tony came out and repaired my shower valve and did a great job. You can tell he knows what he is doing and also does not waste time. Great prices with great services.

Home warranty company for the house hired these guys. They were supposed to arrive between 8-12. Didn't get a call stating they would be late until 12:10. Will be complaining to American Home Shield about who they do business with. I've learned my lesson, and will now request the name of anyone they hire immediately to screen them before they come into my home.
