After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

Zach M. to the rescue! Our Christmas weekend plans were just saved by the amazing care given to our very old house pipes. The main drain was clogged and Zach knew exactly what to do! I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

They came out February 23 to fix a leaky toilet, the plumber disconnected it and left it, saying we need a new toilet. It is now March 8 and we still have no toilet, despite numerous phone calls and promises that they'll be out with a new toilet tomorrow.

Daryl was really terrific. Personable knowledgeable and capable. While you never hope for problems Mr Rooter and Daryl gives me peace of mind.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

I would recommend Russell’s Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs, the first call to set up a estimate for a HVAC replacement the representative was helpful with scheduling a estimate fast. Brad West who was the comfort specialist who came out and did a walk through just simply made everything so much easier. He was friendly, had great customer service, answered all our questions while doing the estimate and even over the phone and he worked wonderful with us in our financial area. The technician Chris and his crew who came installed the new unit and equipment were also friendly and did a amazing job!

In Aug 2020, I spoke with sales and ordered a natural gas standby generator. They said installation would be a few months because of a back log and they would coordinate with Columbia Gas on installation as a different meter would be required. Unit was finally installed Dec 2020 but Columbia Gas still has not even scheduled their end of the work. Speaking with S&K Sales and billing, THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE even back in Aug and has affected multiple customers. They did not disclose I would be billed for a unit Months before it could be hooked up to (existing but apparently insufficient) gas line and tested. Still no schedule for gas hook up as of 1 Mar 2021

Trey did a great job and let us know exactly what was going on with our pipes. He took care of the problem and made recommendations for what might need to be done in the future. We are extremely satisfied with our Atomic Plumbing experience.

Never let these people in your house. We had a home warranty problem that he did not want to fix so he made up stuff about a improper installation by the previous plumber to get out of the work. I asked two simple questions tsar he could not even answer about plumbing.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
