After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

They came out February 23 to fix a leaky toilet, the plumber disconnected it and left it, saying we need a new toilet. It is now March 8 and we still have no toilet, despite numerous phone calls and promises that they'll be out with a new toilet tomorrow.

I'm sure this is a fine company when it comes to the quality of their work but there is a huge disconnect in communication. First I was told there would be an $85.00 fee to come out. I had never paid for an estimate but this company was recommended by someone I trust as far as mechanical abilities. I called back a day later and talked to a different person and there was no mention of the fee. I scheduled for a plumber to come inspect a significant concern. The plumber was professional, took two photos and one video and charged us $125.00. It turned out to be a significant concern and needed attention immediately. I called numerous times for an estimate for repairs but never got a response or an estimate. It has been over a week and still no estimate. I wasted $125.00 and Lanthorn Plumbing missed out on what turned out to be a total bathroom remodel. Use this company with caution.

RA Styron installed my HVAC system on a new construction in the Deep Creek area of Chesapeake. No one but them has touched it since its installation 2.5yrs ago. I have signed up for the bi-yearly servicing which I would highly recommend, the cost is justifiable and it comes with a few other added perks that make it well worth it in my book.

I also had an emergency need to service and/or quote a new system at a property I was attempting to sell which was out of their immediate service area, a short phone call later they had arranged for I believe RA himself to come by as soon as possible to go over my needs.

I have had few contractors that I have worked with on the south-side that have been as attentive as Styron, two thumbs up!

I had a great experience with this company. Drew was friendly and knowledgeable. Leak detection and Repair was done quickly and price was extremely fair. Will use them again for any future plumbing issues/needs.

Ryan was very professional. He was well mannered and respectful of our time and our things as he repaired our faucets. I appreciate that he made a diligent effort to ask before he did anything. Very, very professional. He did good work and I am very pleased!

The plumber was contracted through our insurance company. We had to schedule a 4 hour appointment with the rude receptionist. After he was then 2 hours late for the appointment he then decided that it was going to be $150 more to do the job and requested additional money from us; then when we didn't provide the money he left and requested it from out insurance company. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I wouldn't recommend.

Invoice was sent without any break down no response girl clarification substantially higher about more than any other plumber charge

Excellent service! I called just before the holiday weekend about a back up in the kitchen sink and laundry. I was told they would put me on the service list for the day and come out to try to take care of it before the end of day. Within an hour the service tech called and said they were on the way! They were quick, courteous, thorough, clean and the price was fair (I've had similar service before from other companies). Very happy with my experience and will use them again. I recommend this company if you need plumbing assistance!

Just shows how rude this company is and validates all these awful reviews. An older man physically could not get into his car because of this driver. Definitely would never use this company.
