I love Premier Plumbing! They're fast, convenient, and professional. Anything you need done, they can do. I had them replace my water heater a few years ago. They gave me a good deal, and were able to have it installed quickly. We did not have to go without. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

The two plumbing technicians were fantastic. They practiced great safety during these difficult times of disease and provided expert help, even decreasing the price once they discovered the true nature of our plumbing problem. They were beautiful human beings who showed much respect for us and our space. I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible company to utilize for any plumbing needs. I’m extremely shocked that the Service manager tried to scam me out of my money!! What’s really sad is their own technicians are aware as well, and feel horrible for following through with the instructions given. I’m so glad we didn’t go through with their services. From the Receptionist to the technician , Very friendly , Put me at ease with my plumbing issue. When you hear you have a leak you panic, But the Plumber took care of my leak, And put my yard back to normal, Like he was never there. Installed new vanity sink and faucet

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

I have had Sean at my house a few times over the years, and I have to say he is amazing!!!! Sean is always on time and completes the job in a quick and professional manner. Mike and Will did an amazing job fixing my tub. I thought I could do a simple repair myself and I was mistaken. I ended up breaking the copper pipe to my tub. They came in and in less than 30 minutes the job was done. AND! It didn't break my bank. I will definitely be using them again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Mike and Will!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Jim. My rental property developed a leak on New Years Eve evening. I have a regular plumber that I use for my general contractor business, but he doesn’t run emergencies. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to pick up the phone on NYE. I tried calling Jim after finding him on google, and he answered on the first call. He then asked questions to determine whether my leak was a true emergency or if it could wait. He even did a 3 way call with my tenant and quickly determined the leak was not an emergency. I was able to send my usual plumber out a few days later. Jim was very understanding. He probably saved me a few hundred dollars. Had I not already had a relationship with my plumber or had it been an emergency, I wouldn’t have hesitated to hire Jim for the job and will in the future should the need arise. Thanks again, Jim!
