Kelvin from Plumbing Specialists was wonderful. He listened as I described the problem we were having with water damage in our first floor ceiling. Then he came in and assessed the leak, taking pictures of possible causes and places where an internal leak could be happening. Very kind, respectful, and honest father of 3 :) He was able to discover the problem by taking out a small panel of the ceiling and turning on the shower upstairs to discover the leak. He fixed the leak and made a temporary cover for the ceiling panel. He also put us in contact with a reputable contractor to fix our ceiling. Very grateful for Kelvin’s work , professionalism and care to get the job done!

Stephen came to help us when we were in an unexpected pinch. He found a way to come that day, and pretty immediately and then took care of our issue in a very timely manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend Stephen and Premier Plumbing.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Raymond came to my house within an hour of me leaving a message with the call center on a Sunday morning!! I could not be more pleased with the response time and availability. I had a major clog that was causing sewage to come up the shower drain. He did an inspection of the plumbing in the crawlspace. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to unclog my drain b/c his equipment was too big to fit under my crawlspace to reach the drain cap. But he did give me a detailed explanation of what was done wrong in the plumbing that caused it to stop up. He didn't try to sell me her services. Instead he told me I needed to talk to the contractor who did it and have him redo it b/c it is not to code. So after all that, I fully expected him to charge me for the visit. After all, it's a Sunday morning and anyone who goes crawling into my small, crowded crawlspace deserves to be paid. But he charged me nothing. After dealing with so many crooked people in the construction industry, it's so nice to know that there are still honest, compassionate people out there. Thank you Raymond!! You will definitely be my go-to plumber should anymore problems arise.

Buck was very nice, but poor at his job and unprepared. He didn't even have his ladder to stand up, he used some stepping stool. I had a leak in my ceiling and he had to cut into my ceiling in order to assess what was going on. After about two hours he could not find the leak. He stepped outside to make some phone calls and etc to get help i assumed, but still no progress. End of the story my leak didn't get fixed. So I called my warranty company again because I found the leak myself and explained to them what happened and how the problem still wasn't fixed and i wanted a another technician to come out to fix it. So they contacted the company to do a recall visit. Patrick showed up and he also was very nice. It took him less then 30 mins to find the problem and fix it. I was so relieved, but I'm giving a low review because this leak should have be found the first time and I don't understand why.

This is one small business that you can trust! When I had a problem with my shower faucet, I made an appointment with Don right away. His receptionist is friendly, clear spoken, and flexible with making appointments.
Based on my description over the phone to her, we thought the entire tub / shower faucet might need to be replaced. However, when Don came out to work he recognized immediately that I only needed a new cartridge.
Don took the time to explain the faucet parts to me and how they worked, even showed me the old one and where it had broken and another piece had corroded. After taking photos of the old cartridge he and his plumbing assistant immediately went to the plumbing supply store and purchased an exact match.
What had stressed me out for over three weeks was fixed in only 2 hours! He even charged less than he initially quoted because the JOB WAS A SIMPLER fix! Honest & knowledgeable, all of the positive reviews are true! This is the plumber you should call. I'm glad I did & now his number is saved on my phone.

Great service! Scott, the technician, was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained options and associated costs clearly. He was very professional and got our a/c back and working well in a very reasonable amount of time. We will be using R.S Andrew's and Scott for any future cooling and heating needs.

I called Mr. Rooter on the advice of Mr. Handyman to have a couple of repairs done heading into closing for the sale of our home in Virginia Beach. Kelly arranged everything and was more than kind on the phone to help me out. Joe C. showed up on time, had everything he needed to get the fix done and completed the work in a timely fashion. Additionally, the job required more than the initial estimate, however, we were charged the original quoted amount, regardless of the additonal work. Finally, Joe cleaned up after himself and left the area looking great. Thanks to Mr. Rooter for coming out on short notice and taking care of the project needed.

Lamont and Jamal were very friendly, on time and very personable. They helped to repair my leak in my kitchen. They were also highly recommended in the Indian River and other Chesapeake neighborhoods. They were also very respectful, they answered all of my questions. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call them again.

Didn't want to write an estimate for a job over 500.00 or so - we wanted to know what and how much - didn't need the work I guess , we will find someone else, more honest company
