The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Fair pricing, quality service and on time! Need I say more? Being a small business owner myself I felt compelled to give this company an A+. The owner is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process of servicing my septic tank. Would highly recommend!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

I didn't even know I had a problem until I turned my garbage disposal on on a Saturday and my sink sprayed my kitchen with warm rotwater. I called my usual handymen and got told that the earliest they could see me was Monday. I found A-1 through good reviews on Google and they were able to see me right away.My experience was excellent from the very start. The call center was polite and professional and scheduled me for an appointment between 4 and 7. I was surprised when I got a call at 5 saying that the plumber couldn't arrive right away and he would be here at seven. I don't think I have ever worked with a company that was polite enough to call and let me know they would be on time (but toward the end of the window). I was very impressed.When the plumber, Ryan, got here he went to work right away. He was genial and knew what he was doing. He even tried to investigate whether or not it was a clog in order to make sure I got the best value. Ryan did great work and even swept the floor after he was done. Also he didn't mind my cat following him around so any pet owners who might be worried should know A-1 is good with them.Excellent service through and through. A-1 is going to be my first call for plumbing for now on.

I was in need of emergency duct repair and after being turned down by 4 other companies. RS responded quickly by replacing my entire duct system in a day in August heat. Shout out to Mike, Dylan, and rayheem for their hard work and professionalism.

5 star for Atomic Plumbing.I called mid Saturday morning, Kimberly took my information and called me back promptly to let me know that Jim Miller was coming.Jim was professional, evaluated and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, had great customer service and let us know what the cost was before he started to work.Turns out our toilet was over flowing and leaked to downstair rooms. I would highly recommend Atomic Plumbing, thank you for great customer service!!!

I'm writing as a New customer to R.A. Styron Heating and A/C. My technician that came out was named Marvin. He was Absolutely Awesome! he came right on time and serviced my Air Conditioning system. He was Friendly and Professional and he was a Wealth of knowledge in knowing about my system which is a Geo-Thermal heating and cooling system. I will definitely be calling on Marvin again to service my system. I cannot say enough about this man! Because my A/C system needed two different types of servicing, Marvin even pointed me in the right direction as to what
I should do next!

Louis is extremely professional, knowledgeable, teaches as he performs his work, and his work is as artistic in its finish as it is in the quality he instilled in the job. I will not have to worry about my home's electrical service for decades into the future.Shown in the pictures is what my blown Switch Panel looked like 'before' and 'after' the replacement/upgrade.Louis did the switch panel, new grounding rods, and emergency generator interlock installations in one day.The next day, he brought along Joe and Todd to perform an aluminum treatment throughout the entire house...Joe expertly prepared copper pig-tails to buffer nearly 100 old aluminum wiring connections in the house...Todd in turn installing brand new outlets and light switches. The team of Louis, Joe and Todd were just outstanding! I would definitely trust any of them to do work for me again, and I recommend them all with the highest endorsement I can give!Thanks again, Louis, Joe and Todd!

Replaced thermostat with an upgraded model. Very pleased with the professionalism received by the Senior Comfort Advisor, Stephanie Byrd, and Michael S who replaced the thermostat. I appreciated the effort and time spent in approving and installing the upgraded thermostat.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

Removed a garbage disposal as well as a damaged water drain pipe in my yard...the installed all new piping in the kitchen and repaired the damaged pipe in the yard in about 2hrs ran me bout 700 well worth the customer service and great job

Excellent work. 12 unit bldg. in West Ghent. Replaced 2 x 400 btu 30 + yr.old boilers with 95% efficient no tank boilers. John's work was outstanding, great communication, on time...just a great experience. Highly recommended, especially after wasting weeks with all the HVAC Specialists advertising on TV. Call A. B. Chris and Markell did an excellent job. Very professional and polite and even cleaned up behind themselves.

Rude and unprofessional. Showed up outside of the scheduled appointment time and acted annoyed with me that I wasn't prepared for the appointment. Spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. Service was a part of our 12 month home warranty, however I will absolutely not hire this company for any future work.
