The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

Had the team out to fix my dinosaur unit. I was happy they didn’t push to replace the unit. The part needed was back ordered, so we went a while without ac. But when it came in, Kitty, got us scheduled the next day. The job took less time and when it still didn’t work, they came back the next day and fixed the problem. Im very happy with their service and will be using them in the future when it comes time to replace the whole system.

I needed my water heater replaced in Camden, NC. Pat and Luke arrived and went straight to work. They were very friendly and professional and informed me of everything they were doing and even advised me to change out a valve and why. Awesome service from start to finish. I also wanted to say setting up the appointment when I called was a pleasant experience. I did forget her name and I apologize, but she was very helpful and went through everything to expect. As a customer, amazing service.

Tim and his team provide excellent service. I had an issue with a water heater and Coast plumbing was able to dispatch a technician within one hour. They gave me clear upfront pricing both for repair and for replacement. Their pricing is very transparent and competitive. They managed the job on time and within budget and have earned my trust. I would highly recommend coast plumbing as they are cut above the other plumbing companies I have worked with.

Kevin was outstanding. He completed the jobs on time and was very courteous the entire time. Not to mention even taught me a bit while he was there.

Very unprofessional. We scheduled a Saturday appointment for an estimate to replace Quest piping. Plumber was 15 minutes late and did not complete the estimate. Halfway through the walk through he told us we “needed to find someone else” to do the work and walked out without explaining why or apologizing for wasting our time. Other plumbers have had no issues and it looks like we will be choosing another company for this work.

Worst AC company on the face of the planet. I've been dealing with him back and forth for 3 years now with a unit that they installed. It is never worked right since the day it was installed and I have given them so many chances to try and fix it and every time they have either failed or made it even worse. I'm going to have to take them to court to get my money back for the horrible unit that they installed because trying to get ahold of someone that actually works at that company is impossible. And trying to speak with a manager about a proper resolution is also impossible. Stay away from those guys at all costs!

After 1 hour comfort left me with a blown AC and told me they’ll be back in a week to give me a second opinion I got lucky. Marvin was working next door with comfort counts. I asked if he could take a look at my unit. It was 5 o’clock in the afternoon and he had every right to say call the number and make an appointment. To my surprise Marvin said let me take a look. He diagnosed the problem In 5 minutes. The other company was here on the phone with tech support for 5 hours. I would of been happy with just this but then Marvin went above and beyond and checked if my unit still had any warranty left. It turns out it did. He returned two days later on a handshake with the part and had my ac working in an hour. I can’t express how truly thankful I am for Marvin and comfort counts. I have no doubt 1 hour heating and cooling was gearing up for an entire unit sales pitch and I was desperate in a heat wave with no AC and probably would of fallen for it. THANK YOU

Tony was efficient, thorough and was able to get the job done quickly. He also came over and gave me a free quote, which I thought was great. Other companies wanted to charge for that. When he quoted me, he left afterwards as I had to check before he could do the work. I called him back in about 10 minutes to let him know we wanted to hire him and he came right back and did all of the work. He stuck with his price and explained what he was doing. He was friendly and his prices were fair. I would hire him again and would suggest him to my friends family. If you want great customer service, fair prices, no hidden fees and a job well done, this is the company for you!

Can I give 0 stars? Unfortunately, our warranty company assigned our work order to Drain Masters. I called the next morning and set an appointment for the following Monday. That Monday morning I called to give them our tenants' phone number so they could call when en route. I provided them with the number and they said thanks, as if all was good.
While I was on the phone I figured I would double check the appointment window. To my surprise they told me I didn't have one. So I didn't have an appointment but yet you took my tenants' phone number which would have implied that you had an appointment to which to assign that phone number?

What's worse is they told me they never got a notification from First American. That's bogus because my First American account shows the notification AND First American confirmed they sent it. Further, Drain Masters would not have scheduled an appointment if they were not first notified by First American.

BE AWARE.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
