The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

The team at FSI is top notch. Every step of the way was amazing. We had them replace a 20 year old heat pump and ductwork. Not only were their prices fair, the quality of work and customer service has been incredible. David went above and beyond when helping us with our needs.
On the day of the install we had David, Dale, and Brian on site. They were efficient, respectful, and hard working.
Following the installation, David has been responsive to follow up questions and event came out to check on the system as a courtesy follow-up.

The plumber, Brandon Rountree, arrived on time and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly hydro-jetted my sewer line which solved my drainage problem. Frankie has been working for Smith & Keene for a long time. I have over heard a lot of good things about him. Like how he will make sure that when he leaves a customers house that everything is up and running. Also, he fills in the customer about what happened, what he did to fix it and what they can do to prevent it from happening again. I would recommend Frankie for any ac/heating repairs or maintenance.
