Best New House in Chesapeake VA

Needed to replace hot water heater that died on a Friday afternoon. Found A1 on Google and called based on good reviews. Person answering the phone found a technician who was finishing up and sent him our way. He called to confirm the address and update on traffic. His name was Drew and he was very professional and courteous. Ordered a new unit and came back on Saturday morning to install. Whole experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I never leave reviews but this one is necessary. I’ve had several really great experiences using Wright-Way Plumbing. From a bathroom renovation to a significant leak in a pipe to my furnace. They are on time to early, professional, and do a great job! Also, Cudos to Mike! He always takes his shoes off (even though he doesn’t have to) and makes sure I know what he did, why, and what to do in case of an emergency. All of this at a fair price!

Water heater replacement

I have used Smith and Keene for more than five years as my HVAC service. They are always responsive in scheduling, and their technicians are friendly and efficient. I recently had to have the unit replaced upstairs, and Heather in scheduling was so kind to work us in quickly so we didn't have to live another two weeks without A/C. Anthony and his crew were great with the install. Can not recommend S & K enough.

My ac went out last night, they were able to see me the same day I called, the techs were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me before and after. The price was reasonable and one of the cheaper service charges I found. Very happy with the entire experience! Thank you guys!

semi annual check up of AC and Heating. Patrick handled the job well, was courteous and competent. A follow up repair on two units went equally successful. I have been with House Call for a very long time and recommend them.

Danny came quick on a Saturday, within 30 minutes of my call. Power went out to half the house. He quickly figured out what's wrong and fixed it. He took the extra effort to make sure it wasnt just a problem in one area. As a new homeowner i am going to add Get lit to my contacts in case there is every an emergency again. John Newman and his professionals did an outstanding job of installing my whole house generator and updated electrical panel. His electrician, Jimmy, kept me informed on every step. John made sure everything was completed as I was expecting. After the generator was installed, they did several other things I needed to be done around the house. I will be sure to call them again if ever I have the need. I am a very satisfied customer and I know you will be too.
