Best Main Water Line Replacement in Chesapeake VA

I have not actually used this business for any plumbing services but, if the two employees driving one of their vans today on Holland Rd. in VA Beach (that almost rear ended me and then drove by laughing) are any indication of the quality of service they provide, I will never do so.

The plumber arrived on time and was very personable. We discussed prices and were able to narrow down the job to specifics since I was 100% sure where the clog was. I appreciated that he listened to me and was able to clear the clog quickly and efficiently.

I had my septic tank pumped out by Jacob who was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions, and did an outstanding job. I’m sure he is an asset to your business. Thank you Jacob!!!
This is the 3rd time I’ve used Brown’s Plumbing and Septic and have always been very pleased with their service.

Matt pfierihet give me a price for work with power line in a seal tight 1495. Worked dont call for the seal tight i still paid for the seal tight. Your tech was misleading on the work to get the price up.

My upstairs shower was leaking down to the first floor. I was dreading the potential of having to have the plumbers cut a hole in my ceiling. Duke and Bobby arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I described the problem and they immediately said lets trying the easy fix first. They checked the thread in fixture in the shower and determined the plumber's putty had gone bad. They fixed it and tested it...problem solved. I really appreciate them looking for the easy solution first. Excellent service at a reasonable price. My third time using OneStop Plumbers and I will continue using them!

Really reputable company. I really wanted them to install my water heater but they quoted me more than twice as much as J.F. Whitlow.I think they need to reconsider their water heater installation pricing.

My ac went out last night, they were able to see me the same day I called, the techs were very helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me before and after. The price was reasonable and one of the cheaper service charges I found. Very happy with the entire experience! Thank you guys!

Updated review: Service tech came out on Friday fixed the issue . . . It was chilly out so i turned my ac off. Turned it on Monday and my house continued to warm up. Called had tech come out Wednesday bc the air blowing is not cold. I have my system on to test it an hour later and it has gone up a degree. I will now have to call another company and be charged again to have someone fix it. The tech was polite and on time both times but still having the same issue $700 later.

Wayne did an outstanding and professional job. My house is very old and the pervious owners didn't do everything the correct way. The drain in the tub finally gave out. I called a couple of other plumbing places and Rotor Rooter was the only one that got me an appointment in the next morning. When Wayne got to my house he quickly analyzed the issue and got started to work. He explained the entire process as he went a long. My wife and I asked several questions and he answered them honesty. The total repair was very reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Roto Rooter to everyone.

John was great! He got our gas fireplace working at our new home and also educated us about it! I would definitely recommend him and use him again!
